I recently contacted TLC Carpet Cleaning and Doug came right out for a free consultation. He was on time, professional, and took ample time to give us an honest appraisal of what could expect to be accomplished through cleaning. The carpeting in the basement of our newly purchased home was trashed and after Doug’s honest consultation, we decided to go ahead and replace the flooring. But I will contact TLC Carpet Cleaning for any of my future carpet cleaning needs and have recommended him to friends!

I found a really great old Kilim rug at an antique store for what I thought was a steal– until I started researching how much it would cost to clean it. The quotes I was finding were up to three times the amount for what I paid for the rug in the first place. I was happy to find Doug from TLC, he was super helpful, very professional and even offered pick up/​drop off service for a VERY VERY competitive price. TLC is now my go-​to for rug cleaning.
