The tech that showed up to perform the work on our furnace asked me to leave a rating and I am more than happy to oblige. Excellent customer service from the time I made the appointment all the way through the service call. We had considered replacing our electric furnace, but the friendly tech recommended that wasn’t necessary as ours still had a lot of life left.

I had an appointment scheduled three weeks out because they were so booked. The day of the appointment no one showed up. I called and they said we tried to call you last night to comfirm but the number you gave us was disconnected. I said, no it isn’t, I’m calling you from the number. They wrote my number down wrong and apparently if they call you and you don’t answer they just cancel your appointment. Then I had to wait another week before they could «fit me in». What a joke. The woman on the phone could have cared less.

Watts Heating & Cooling came highly recommended to us by a trusted friend, and for good reason! Luke Watts came out and diagnosed the problem with our air conditioner, fixed it and answered every question along the way. After finding the problem, he still checked over the entire unit to make sure there wasn’t something else that was going to get missed. He was really easy to talk to and explained what he was doing and why. He also let us know that the typical service life for our 23 year old AC was only about 15 years and recommended we start looking into replacement of the unit now rather than when it does go out and we’re desperate for a quick fix. He was up front and honest about it, and let us know that when it does go out, it won’t be worth fixing, so we should have a plan, either with them or someone else. He was not pushy or trying to make a sale, he just wanted us to be know our situation and get ourselves informed so we wouldn’t make a rushed decision. The customer service we’ve experienced with Luke and the people in the office has been outstanding and we will definitely be recommending them to everyone we know!

We have a very new home built 2 years ago. Late on a Sunday night our furnace went out. Total freak accident a million to one shot this would ever happen on a brand new furnace.
We called Watts they had some one come out right away, diagnose the problem, and got us back up and running in no time.
Jesse the technician was a true professional and very knowledgeable. Jesse and Watts took care of contacting the manufacture and dealing with our warranty to make sure the replacement parts we needed would be covered and at no cost to us.

I have to echo everyone else’s comments… great company and Luke is awesome. We had no hot water yesterday afternoon. This afternoon we were up and running! We have a fantastic landlord who contacted Watts and Luke was our tech. He was quick, efficient, knowledgeable and as nice as could be!

Potentially a good company

Luke Watts is one of the best technicians in any company, in any industry who I have ever met. He is professional, courteous, friendly and informative but most of all he is passionate about his business! I told Luke that I wish that I had video taped his visit and our conversation so that I could show my company’s customer service team an outstanding example of excellent customer service. The house that we are renting was built in the twenties and we have an old oil furnace. Luke knew every detail of our furnace and was able to diagnose and fix quickly and efficiently while explaining the complexities of these old furnaces. Thank you Luke Watts!
Watts Heating & Cooling kicks ass and balls!

These guys are awesome! We moved in to a house that, unbeknownst to us, had a very old furnace. On the day we moved in… boom…no heat. It was the first few 30+ degree days in Portland, so many other HVAC companies were unable to help.
Not Watts! These guys were super responsive and were more than happy to send someone to help us regain some warmth. Luke was great at keeping in touch leading up to the appointment, and he worked quickly and with expert knowledge once he arrived. He was a pleasure.

I woke up to a heater that wasn’t working so i called them on a Saturday morning. Jesse was at my house within the hour and quickly diagnosed the problem. He made quick repairs to the inducer that was plugged up and he was on his way. He was polite, professional, and put up with me asking a lot of questions! I would definitely call them again and recommend them to other people.

Great experience! Called in a panic on a Sunday with a broken AC unit and an overheated infant in the midst of the heat wave. They were able to squeeze us in that day. Luke called 3 times to give me an updated timeframe on his arrival! He was quick, professional and very helpful with suggestions on things to fix in the future.

Great experience with Watts. Had a 30-​year old furnace that died right in the middle of winter. Barry walked me through my options and helped me select a plan within my budget. Excellent customer service and exceptional detail explaining what was wrong and what needed to be done to fix it.
Couldn’t fit me into the schedule for a week, so they loaned me industrial grade space heaters to warm the house in the meantime. Technicians came out during a snow storm to finish the installation and ensure we’d have heat.
Very pleased with quality service and treatment from top to bottom. Process was completely painless.

OMG, this place was great! Right around the corner from me too! Luke showed up and was professional and just greeat. I have a 1940s home with an old ancient non-​furnace heater! I didn’t even know how it all worked. He took a look at it and said «no problem!’. A week later he was back and had it done and cleaned and even put in an ignitor for my pellet stove and closed the back of it as well. I can’t tell you how much I appreciated that after having had a car accident that I’ve been dealing with the past couple of weeks. Anyhow, he made it effortless for me and he was wonderful both times I spoke to him. I highly recommend Watts! Thank you very much Luke and Watts! Your customer service was outstanding!

Luke Watts is an absolutely awesome repair guy. He services my office, so when my heater in my house was not functioning, I called him and her fixed it. He took the extra time to make sure I really understood the nature of the problem and how to operate the whole heating and cooling system. I was able to confidently recommend him to a friend who’s AC went out just as we have entered the heat of the summer.

Love these guys! They installed my high efficiency furnace back in 2006, and recently came back to tune it up and repair my gas fireplace. Explained everything, fair price. Then, the fireplace failed after only three weeks; turned out it was a somewhat separate electrical problem, but since it was so close the the repair, they made it right. I highly recommend them!

Thank you Watts!!! Luke just installed our new Evergreen IM blower motor and what a difference it is!!! It is SOOOOOO quiet now, energy use is 70% of what it was and the airflow had increased considerably!!!

Also, back in 2006 when we moved into our new house, we had Watts install our A/​C and we have been pleased with their work ever since.
