Time for an update on the B&B Landscaping review. B&B, which is part of the Yard Group, has done a variety of projects for us over the last 6 years. We recently installed a pool in our yard this summer, and B&B handled all of the patio and landscaping — a rather large project.
To start with, their landscape designer is the absolute best. She developed a plan for our yard that transformed the entire space so that we now spend more time outside than we do inside. She worked directly with the pool company to ensure the whole plan worked together seamlessly. We also know nothing about plants, and she developed a planting plan that looks absolutely awesome.
The B&B people that were on site for this project were completely professional — from the masons to the landscape guys to the project managers. They went out of their way to ensure that we had the absolute best outcome, even if they had to rework things.
At the end of the project, the project manager was out at our place on a rainy day and noticed 1 small area that had some water pooling. Within a week, he had the guys out to fix it.
They are not the cheapest, but you can be assured that you will be taken care of. One of the best parts — at the end of a very long project, they did not come to us with an extra bill and stayed completely within the budget. As someone who has done some house projects, this never happens.
