We accomplish this through our high energy Large Group Personal Training (bootcamp, m.e.l.t. style) and our Small Group Personal Training.
We also work with Youth who need to get off the couch and increase their self confidence as well as youth athletes looking to gain an extra step against their competition.

History
Established in 2008.
m.e.l.t. started with a book no one has ever read… back in 2008, Joe Carabase (the creator of m.e.l.t.) wrote a book to help busy, everyday people of all fitness levels get in great shape fast.
The book evolved into a website that evolved into onsite bootcamps and in home training until finally opening the first location in August 2010. The first «m.e.l.t. Workout» was opened in South Windsor, shortly after Harwinton and Glastonbury.
m.e.l.t.‘s proven 30 minute workout program has now helped thousands of people.

Joe requested this Bio be prefaced with mention of his amazing team. The m.e.l.t. coaches are world class and are responsible for all of m.e.l.t.‘s success.
Joe Carabase grew up in South Windsor Connecticut and attended college at the University of Massachusetts of Amherst. Joe started his mission of helping busy people get in great shape in less time in 2008.
Joe has since published 5 books that have been sold around the world, in 2010 Joe co-authored an international best selling book, «Total Body Breakthroughs» which led to him being recognized by USA Today as one of the «World’s Fitness Elite.»
Joe now speaks across the country on the m.e.l.t. Workout philosophy of efficient strategies to workout, think and eat right, centered around focusing on small bits of progress each day.
This November Joe is launching the «m.e.l.t.30 At Home Fat Loss & Strength DVD» for people of all fitness levels to m.e.l.t. at home.
