I see Lisa for massage, acupuncture, and nutritional counseling. She is truly a gifted healer, I feel lucky to have connected with her. Her integrated approach of combining acupuncture, massage, nutritional guidance, yoga instruction, and other modalities is completely wonderful and makes so much sense as all these support one another in getting one to their goal of optimal wellness and simply feeling and looking better. I appreciate her capacity to combine being knowledgeable, practical, and giving very clear direction with having such a compassionate and generous spirit also with being such an amazing masseuse and acupuncture practitioner. Her massages are simply the best! She has helped me enormously and I’d highly recommend her to anyone that is dealing with stress and wanting to make lifestyle changes to have a happier, healthier, and more productive existence.

I go to Lisa for acupuncture due to aches in my body from working in construction all day. She fleshes my body feeling loose and refreshed with her acupuncture and massage that she does. By palpating and looking at my body she finds spots on my tender, knotted muscles. She has a keen eye for finding the most hidden spots. Her touch is very gentle and compassionate. Usually during or after she recommends foods I should eat or supplements I should try. The combination of all of this has me believe she has a very divine connection and purpose for healing.

Being in the wellness and health field myself as a Licensed Acupuncturist and having worked in the Spa industry for many years I have had many massages in my life. I have to say that Lisa’s massages are among the best I have ever experienced. She truly has healing hands and is always present and focused in every moment of her massage. In other words, she puts love into it. She is more than a massage therapist, but a true healer. She knows exactly the right spots to work on and for how long and with exactly the right pressure, and although I rarely have to mention anything about what I need during a massage, if I do, she makes sure to address my needs with full intention of getting my muscles to melt. I cannot recommend her enough! Do yourself a huge favor and book a massage with Lisa, you will not regret it and you’ll be hooked! It’s very rare to find someone who has this gift.

Lisa is the best! I have had digestive issues when I met lisa. My anxiety level was out the roof. Lisa helping me with her healing hands, massage and acupuncture. She did it all. She taught me meditation and how to relax my body when I am stressed. She also helped me change my diet. I can say she saved me. She does it all.

I ended up seeing Lisa by chance. I was in desperate need for a massage to alleviate high stress levels and called another practitioner in town to set something up. She wasn’t available but recommended Lisa and boy, am I so glad she did!
I was hesitant when we first began because I wasn’t expecting acupuncture to be involved as an option in my treatment. I had had a not so good experience with it in the past but now I honestly wouldn’t get a massage without it. It accomplishes so much more, so quickly and no discomfort — actually I’d say a soothing experience believe it or not. I had been lacking self-​care do to the high stress situation I was in at the time so I suffered from many ailments including low energy levels, digestion issues, sore muscles all of which Lisa was able to address with her customized treatments for me based on the combination of massage, acupuncture, reiki, nutrition and natural herbal supplements.
I feel well and am so much more empowered to take better care of myself from what I learn during my time with her. She really cares about her patients about all else and puts her all into giving you everything that you need to address your issues. I’ve visited a ton of spas and received many massages from different practitioners over the years but a session with Lisa will make you never look back!

I have to say that was one UNIQUE healing experience. I came in with shoulder pain that had been nagging for months.
I was a bit reticent at first but I knew quickly that I was in the right place. In just under a half hour I felt more relief than I had in months. I even slept better that night! :))
L has a very intuitive touch that lets you know you’re in great hands. Not only does she find your pain she gently removes it by combining massage AND acupuncture together in a brand new healing experience.
