We stock a large selection of commonly used maintenance parts in Norfolk and Glen Allen, Virginia. Our full-​service body shop is conveniently located in Ashland, Virginia and can handle any truck repair sent its way. We are a Spartan Service and Warranty Center, as well as an Authorized Regional Service Center for Spartan RV Chassis. We proudly sell Hino and Isuzu trucks as well, and we offer special financing through our NEW Command EZ Lease that offers opportunities to every customer. History

Established in 1987.

The Fleet Manager Inc. was started in 1987 as a medium duty truck repair facility in an 800 square foot garage and two employees in Hanover Air Park, Ashland Virginia. In 1991 the company moved to share a location at our present address. In 1995 we partnered with Checkered Flag Motor Company

in Norfolk Virginia. In 1996 The Fleet Manager acquired the Norfolk dealership and renamed it The Truck Source Inc. The new company featured Hino and Isuzu import trucks, including parts and service sales. In 2001 The Truck Source Inc. started TSI leasing to offer daily rental and full service leasing and contract maintenance. In 2003 The Truck Source Inc. in Richmond started a full service body and paint shop. In 2005 The Truck Source Inc. Norfolk branch became the first air conditioned truck shop in the state. We have received the Isuzu Ichiban Sales Achievement award every year but 2001, and the Hino Sales Achievement Award in 1999 and 2005, and the Nissan Sale Achievement Award in 2002.
