Good sushi. Good shrimp. The price is right. Would both repeat and recommend.

Pleasantly surprised with this buffet. We were allowed to bring in our Starbucks beverages for starters. Very busy on Memorial Day. Food was fresh and the service very good. Great variety of food. The sushi was excellent for a sushi buffet. The MD crab soup was better than some restaurants. Definitely coming back.

I won’t waste my time on what seemed good or bad to eat or how inattentive the responses to our requests. I think all you need to hear is that a mouse ran out from underneath the sushi bar and across my path, and another patron loudly objected to a roach already seated at her table. Time for the Health Department to pay a visit to discuss pest control.

Decent price for lunch time. Food is actually good. Lots of selections. Servers are attentive and refills of drinks never miss a beat. Come hungry and you will get your money’s worth. Sushi section is pretty good. Always get the kobe beef!

I like this place, but they should think about serving alcohol too. Beer goes well with seafood!

My mom came from California so we thought we’d come to visit for the first time. This place was packed! They have a variety of food. Chinese, ribs, pizza, sushi, seafood, and lots of desserts. The waitress was very nice and kept our drinks full. The women’s bathroom was horrific, just very gross, I thought I had to call the healthy department just for the bathroom. Their serving utensils were disgusting. Just down right dirty. They should make it mandatory to have everyone disinfect their hands prior to touching them. Just greasy and dirty — just like the food. Variety is great but its everything is just too bland. My family will not be coming to this buffet again. All kinds of different people at this place, we noticed people in swim shorts and people in their Sunday best.

I came here several times and every time it gets worse and worse. The food is really greasy, the waitresses are not friendly and the food has little flavor. It is hard to get one of the waitresses to give you a refill because they are either people watching or talking to their friends. The price isn’t that bad, but I would rather take my money elsewhere!

This is a great place for spontaneous relaxing lunches and dinners especially if you have picky eaters accompanying you. The sushi selection is vast and you can watch the sushi being made, the hibachi station includes steak, shrimp and I believe chicken as well. The chef cooks right in front of you however we have yet to try this station as of yet. There is seafood including cocktail shrimp, friend and steamed shrimps, crawfish, white fish, and crab cakes which I do believe are imitation but actually quite good. The oysters are always plentiful and fresh. The dessert bar is usually lacking a bit but there is ice cream in the cooler. They’re in single serving sizes but still a good option. You’re not going to a Fogo-de-Chao here but a relatively clean, friendly staffed place with plentiful options in a great location to do some shopping. We will certainly be back.

This is a huge place with tons of seating. They have something for everyone which includes a salad bar(but who goes to a buffet for salad), American food section(pizza, potato skins, mac and cheese etc.), and then Chinese food. They also have about 4 different kinds of soups as well as sushi. Pretty good variety.

I hate these Type of buffets. Came here for my dad’s birthday. Someone picked this restaurant, as expected, the food was not good at all! The barely had veggie options. And the little options they had were gross. Just a bunch of meat options. They had pepperoni pizza but no regular cheese pizza. Some of the food looked suspect & I saw a kid digging in these weird little bread balls with his hands. However, the restaurant was very accommodating to our large party. And they brought out a cake for my dad. The cake was very good!

Not happy with the food or service. Food tastes as though they use cheap filling to cut costs. The servers are quick but you have to repeat yourself 5 times to get what you want. The hibachi guy got mad I didn’t tip but he didn’t bother to ask me how I wanted my food prepared. Will not return nor recommend.

Ambiance: pretty good, it was pretty slow, there were alot of servers taking a break and only 2⁄3 servers tending to drinks to 10 tables … The food were evenly spaced and it wasnt crammed… Some food were labeled most were not… the hibachi part was small and the guy cooking it kept disappearing Service: TERRIBLE! I shouldnt have to get up and walk over to a server to ask for a refill of our drink!!! Food: meh… bland and sketchy… The sushi was COLD … I liked that they had seaweed salad on the side… The hibachi was not pleasing, I fixed a plate of beef, shrimp, noodles, and onions and received half the contents of the person behind me which was mostly vegetable lol… I liked their salmon with the imitation crab on top it tasted good Overall was not impressed I will be driving to essex or parkville to go to the real hibachi buffet

Amazing food! Went for dinner during the weekend and was definitely impressed. Because of the high quality of the buffet, there was a line coming into the restaurant, but it’s worth waiting for. All types of different selections of entrees, snacks, dessert, etc. One problem that I did have though is that the plates that we apparantly«cleaned» to use again were not cleaned as well as it should have been. If not for this, everything was perfect and it’s definitely worth paying for.

I dine out at least twice a day. I occasionally enjoy a buffet style restaurant. I’ve been coming here on and off for a year or so; specifically, when I’m in the area. I enjoy seafood and sushi, thus, choose buffets accordingly. Here’s the problem, I generally ask for extra seaweed from the sushi bar for my miso soup; today, my request was adamantly denied. This is a first for me. Ive dined all over the US. The sushi chef has always been somewhat rude, which in and of itself can be uncomfortable and intimidating. However, today he even out did himself! The manager on duty backed his decision. I have no idea what he said to her as his side of it was stated in another dialect. This is an unlimited buffet! I weigh 110 lbs and eat a normal amount of food. No offense to those who can down 10 lbs of hibachi, seafood, steak and chocolate cake in a single sitting, but my seaweed, relatively speaking, costs $ 1-$ 2 at best retail… No comparison!!. Theres too many options for this ever growing, quick fix for all appetites, buffet trend. No one in this day and age should willingly cast away a customer they see enough to know by sight. I wont be back! Furthermore, I was just handed mints and asked if I was done with a plate of food in front of me. Sweetly, albeit, but far too prematurely. I began eating synonymously with writing this review. I’ve barely touched my food and the place is half empty, so no one’s waiting for a seat. On the positive side, the hostesses and hibachi chef are very nice & accomdating. PS… the music is far too loud. I can barely think to write this. smart move by them… lol

First impression upon walking in was nasty. I’ve heard from many people it was good… I’m beginning to question their taste buds. For a buffet it was reasonably priced. $ 13 per person, and that didn’t include drinks. Kids under 36 inches eat free and 54 inches eat for half price. For 4 adults $ 51.96, plus 1 child $ 6.50, and drinks $ 10.95 plus tax-the total bill $ 73.57. While the food is good and mostly fresh looking, the setup is seriously flawed. They have stations set up for salad, seafood, and meat but each station has shellfish on it. Since I have a contact allergy with shellfish, I was limited to what I could actually eat. My friend enjoyed the crabs away from me. They were medium sized and a mix of males and females. She definitely got our money’s worth! They had steamed, fried, and stuffed crabs, shrimp(about medium size) several ways. The kids had no problems finding food they would eat, which is good cause they are quite picky. We observed many cultures eating here. Staff were friendly and prompt. Except the hostess that seated us. As we were standing in line waiting to be seated, we watched 2 young children approach the food bars and take food(jello) and place it back into the pans with their hands. Then they walked over to the fruit and picked up the watermelon slices, took a bite, and placed it back into the pan. I was quite loud when I informed the hostess what happened and she quickly went over to the children and asked what they were doing. Then the mother came up and she told her what happened. The mother said something to the children and walked away. The hostess picked up the watermelon slice and threw it away. The rest of the jello and watermelon stayed on the bars. Needless to say, none of us ate that stuff.

many tasty items, however because this is a very busy buffet there is a feeling of uncleanliness with the tongs. They never seem to change them and many people here seem to be eating thier way straight to depression!

A little nicer than your typical buffet. Excellent selection of traditional as well as local dishes. Was nice to see most employees wearing gloves and keeping the place clean. Very fairly priced.

I only come here with a friend who simply loves Asian-style buffets. otherwise I avoid these places like the plague for a variety of reasons… The PRO’s –lots of parking –quick seating –hibachi area has a lot of options and is fairly quick –wait staff is very attentive to removing dirty plates and refills –plantains are good The CON’s –the sushi options are disgusting… fish does not taste fresh, most rolls are engulfed in white rice –the crab rangoon are filled with practically cream cheese only and if you discover any artificial crab it is specs –soups taste very salty and lack real flavor –floor and walls appear dirty and in need of a good cleaning Overall, I’d rather go into a ‘hole-in-the-wall’ Chinese restaurant and pay a little more for a reasonable portion and not gluten myself with a menu that is not made to order(minus the hibachi section). This place feels a bit trashy inside and the food is below average. The only rewarding section is the hibachi and the unlimited fupa sightings!

I’m always willing to shirk the bad reputations of buffets in general, but I do not recommend this place even of you’re feeling bold. First, I cannot confirm the connection but shortly after eating here I suffered the most violent digestive distress since that time I ate street meat in South America. Secondly, on a weekday at 3 pm it was shockingly cramped and expensive. And sub-par food. And lastly, nearly every plate and cup we touched was chipped. Do heed the«warning» sign they’ve kindly taped up or you could find yourself with a cut lip and/or tetanus. AVOID.

Having experienced Tokyo Seafood Buffet on Security Boulevard, I was surprised at the caliber of Hibachi Sushi & Supreme Buffet in Glen Burnie. In summary – it’s pretty legit. It was competitive, at only $ 13 for dinner, which was considerably less than $ 18 at Tokyo. Here’s what you get: –a mix of Chinese and American buffet foods(your sesame chicken, beef & mixed vegetables, fried rice, noodles, etc, plus pizza, mac & cheese, roast beef, prime-rib, ham, and a whole stall of fried stuff like coconut shrimp, rangoon, etc) −5−6 different soups at a soup bar, some Chinese(hot & sour, miso, seafood), some American(clam chowder, Maryland crab, etc) –seafood: I liked how they had several crab imperial or scallops on a shell type of things, in addition to fish, crab(they didn’t have the coveted snowcrab legs, but they did have Maryland crab), crawfish, mussels… there was quite a bit of seafood to make it worth your while. Probably not as much as Tokyo, but still, quite a spread. –hibachi grill, I didn’t get to try this but it looked legit, unlike Tokyo, there’s no scallops which would be the only minus. –sushi bar: they had one half of it all raw stuff sitting on a nice boat – and the other half was all cooked rolls. They used good quality pollack that’s sinewy and not chewy. –dessert: ice cream in a large bin, chinese donuts, and several types of fruit and cheesecake, pie. Yes, they had DRAGONFRUIT on a Saturday night, can you believe that? Dragonfruit is mad expensive here, is imported, and usually costs about $ 4 for one fruit at the local korean grocery. That was a nice surprise. The waitstaff were all from Fujian. Sure, they were all young ladies and I did see them chatting a lot amongst themselves at the station, but they were nice and let us stay for quite a while until closing time around 10:30pm. Or maybe they were so busy chatting they completely forgot we were still there, haha. We were generally undisturbed, but plates were removed and water was refilled. There was a draft blowing in and our waitress was nice enough to reseat us, however, it I noted that when I wanted to sit further in to have us be well away from the drafty front and back door, she apologized and said that would be moving outside her«territory.» Well, isn’t it more important that we be comfortable and warm, as customers? I didn’t want to make a big deal so I went with it, but we were still chilly. They need to do something about that door!
