As founding partner at the Law Office of Garland C. Hall, LLC, Garland Hall handles a wide variety of family law, criminal law and civil law issues. He has handled a variety of legal matters over the years. Prior to founding his practice, Mr. Hall was the first African American male to be selected as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable O. Robert Lidum at the Cecil County Circuit Court. He is a proud member of several professional associations including the Anne Arundel County Bar Association and Prince George’s County Bar Association.
