I’ve been fixing computers for 20 years — since I accidentally broke my family’s first computer. Apparently I did such a good job they never knew I had broken it.
Since then I’ve worked for many large companies selling and fixing computers and most recently I’ve worked with Geek Squad as both an Advanced Repair Agent and a Technology Education Agent.
I grew up in and still live in Glen Burnie, MD. As with a lot of small businesses in this area, I understand my purpose is not to just make money but to provide a valuable service — and that’s what I’m focused on.
