This review concerns breakfast. I agree with Bradford to some extent, however, not with Matt (nothing personal Matt). Hardees has excellent biscuits — even going up against full service restaurants. Not only are they good, but they are big! My favorites are the loaded omelet and the basic sausage and egg. I’m not a fan of their version of biscuits and gravy. And the coffee is… well…hot.

Unseasonably warm weather + Freshly waxed car = Sunday night cruise. Gluten-​free Girl remembered how much she likes the lettuce-​wrapped thickburgers at Busch Stadium, so we ventured to the local Hardees. We waited a while for the burgers to come off the grill, therefore service was not quite as fast as some drive-​through experiences. But, for road food, this was a good burger.

Hands down, Hardees has the best fast food breakfast. Their biscuits are buttery and flaky. Their biscuits and gravy are delicious! You can’t find a better fast food breakfast anywhere else.
