As a professional event planner, I have had my share of dry, tasteless cupcakes. I can’t tell you how many times I’d come home from providing a «day-​of» wedding service, tired but full of love, with a to-​go plate of cupcakes. Only problem was, I was very disappointed with almost all of them. I was glad that I wasn’t the bride at that point! They were probably blown away at the cake tasting with fresh and flavorful samples but got 3 – 4 day old dry cupcakes delivered to the wedding. How devastating for the bride, not to mention embarrassing!
