Allen’s Pickle Works

This place is the head quarters for my favorite pickle company,
Horman’s best. They usually sell only at farmers markets.
The problem is when you get hooked on them, and the farmers market schedule collides with you work schedule, what do you do?
Well, you can do what I did, and take the pickle addicit’s path to the factory.
Tucked into the industrial area of Garvies point is the Pickle Mecca for all of us hooked on Horman’s.
I stopped in and greeted the receptionist with what probably was a very odd request. I said «I’d like to buy some pickles». After a bit of the «we don’t normally deal with walk in requests» awkward nonsense, I was greated by Nick the company owner.
He was super cool and hooked me up with some awesome sours.
