Meet the Business Owner
Boris T.
Business Owner
Chef Boris made a drastic change in his career years ago when he left his drafting pens at an architectural office and picked up a set of knives to follow his true passion, cooking! He studied at the French Culinary Institute and worked for chefs like Marcus Samuelsson, Daniel Boulud, and Gaston Acurio. His background is versatile and has experience in New American, French, Italian, Mediterranean and of course Peruvian.
After learning the business aspect from his parents who currently own two restaurants in Queens, he decided to take on a new challenge and bring to Long Island a new take on Peruvian cuisine.
