It All Began In a Red Bug:
In 1967 Gerald Baumert began a small maintenance entity called GB Maintenance. An immigrant from Germany in 1957 took that business and through hard work, determination, customer loyalty grew it into a leader in the property maintenance field.
His story is the embodiment of the American Dream and it all started from the inside of a 1967 Volkswagon. Today, we embrace that same ingenuity and sacrifice in an effort to please our customers on a daily basis and continue to honor his legacy as Americlean looks to transition to third generation family leadership in the future.
