We have been providing Cerec restorations for our patients since 2000. Our Doctors place dental implants and restore them so no one will ever know you have missing teeth. We are an Invisalign Premier Provider. Always Great Smiles also offers conscious sedation for those who have a strong gag reflex, have trouble getting numb or are apprehensive about dental visits. We can also help those who suffer from snoring or Sleep Apnea, by creating a custom made oral appliance that is effective, comfortable and much more portable than the C-​PAP.

Business Owner

Dr. Jennifer Langner has been with Always Great Smiles since 1995. Her sincere concern for her patient’s best interests and her calm reassuring manner helps her put patients at ease. The comprehensive care she provides utilizes the latest techniques available. For the past several years she has been treating patients that suffer from snoring and sleep apnea through the use of oral appliances. Her ability to help people smile with confidence or have a better night sleep results in many highly satisfied patients that consider her as their «dentist for life.»

Dr. Langner lives in Glen Ellyn with her husband Tom and their three sons. She enjoys music, movies, swimming, boating, and most of all spending time with her family.

She is a graduate of University of Illinois Dental School and a member of the ADA (American Dental Association), CDS (Chicago Dental Society), AADSM (American Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine) and the ISDS (Illinois State Dental Society).
