Established in 1985.
The Johansen Group is led by Dave Johansen, Operating Partner at Keller Williams Première Properties in Glen Ellyn, IL and he is joined by his sons, Cris and Kyle. Dave Johansen grew up in Glen Ellyn and has built a long track record of integrity during his nearly three decades of working in real estate.
Cris Johansen is a genuine, hardworking agent that is fully dedicated to working with buyers. He always puts his client’s needs and time ahead of his own and will preview properties to ensure the home matches the client’s needs before they come to see it.
Kyle Johansen recently became the newest member of the team and specializes in marketing properties for sellers. Kyle graduated from Loyola University Chicago with a Master’s of Integrated Marketing Communications.
Together, The Johansen Group has over 30 years of combined real estate experience and provides full-service real estate expertise and consulting services to those living throughout the western suburbs of Chicago.
