Sky Zone Trampoline Park

This trampoline park definitely leaves something to be desired for when you leave. I wasn’t thrilled at all with the way they were handling the open jump. Ran by all young people, all were nice. The place isn’t that big and a lot of people all crammed together.

Given that this place is run by young people (teens to college age) the service is OK. We walked into a chaotic room not knowing what to do but the staff at the front eventually asked us if we needed help. When you come, sign the waivers on the large computers/​tablets in the center of the room. Then proceed to check in near the door with the 3 computers. We had already reserved a 3:00pm jump time. After getting our socks and quick intro to their rules we got to jump on the trampolines.
Mind you, I came with a group of grown adults. We wanted to do something fun and youthful, so trampolines it was! If you don’t mind kids literally everywhere, you will enjoy yourself here.
There are a two areas for dodgeball with a referee in each area. We also had a great time attempting to slam dunk and dive into the foam, which I’m not too fond of since it doesn’t have as much give as I woud like — the foam is too flimsy for me!
With the jumping package, pizza & soda is included. It was like being a little kid again :)
they tried to serve us but realized that we’re grown people who can feed ourselves –it was quite a funny moment. Overall, it’s fun if you love the chaos!

We showed up at 1:40pm for a 2:00 jump, and had already pre-​registered and paid online. We waited in line for 30 minutes, only to be told to fill out the waiver forms that were on kiosks out of line. Overall, the process was long– and my kids missed 15 minutes out of the hour jump. I recommend coming 30 – 40 minutes early.

By far the WORST trampoline park I have been to. I’ve been to launch in Newark, DE and Stratosphere in Wilmington, DE. I would HIGHLY recommend making the trip to Launch, even if you live in PA (stratosphere isn’t bad, launch is just preferred). Upon entering this establishment for a day of fun with my girlfriend and her kid, the staff was very self absorbed with playing around on their smart phones and didn’t acknowledge us until we literally had to SPEAK UP. They acted like it was a chore to ring us up for 2hrs of jump time and didn’t even offer us the trampoline socks (had to ask for those. Which again was another terrible CHORE to take care of. Lots of huffing and puffing). Unfortunately if you’re still reading. It gets worse. As we go to jump together (my girlfriends daughter Is only 2 yrs old.) we are told that adults must jump separate from children. We were also told that we had a zone we cold jump in and could only jump in our specific zone. Ok. So they called it «free jump» but you’re assigned a zone? Also am I ready to leave it to a 16 yr old to watch over about 20 – 30 children and ensure my girlfriends child’s safety? Especially while they are either busy talking to each other or flipping through their smart phone and not attention to ANY of the children?! Outrageous. I was jumping in my «section» and was attempting a trick. I made sure behind me and in front of me was clear. I failed the trick and accidentally rolled onto the trampoline behind me. The VERY SECOND I rolled into another section this is what I heard «sir please stay in your section or I’m gonna have to get management» … Also to make a small story short, my girlfriend «lost her phone» (it was stolen. No doubt about it. They covered their butts by claiming it got lost in the foam pit after we got police involved and they wanted to review tapes to see who took it. Chances are I’m not the only one who has experienced «losing» something there but I’m not about to let my girlfriends $ 600 phone be «lost») and the few times I went inside the service was no different than I stated in the beginning of this novel. Rude, self absorbed, and unappreciative of having a job. I realize this is probably one of the longest reviews published but I have NEVER experienced ignorance on that level. Skyzone in Glenn mills is run by miserable teens with leadership not too far behind. Stick to launch or stratosphere unless you want to jump around in a trampoline concentration camp with Hitlers SS officers telling you to stay in your zone and stay away from your children. ALSO to mention, in the waiver, if you sign it, you give them permission to take any footage of you captured by their cameras for any media purposes. Absolutely one of the worst experiences I’ve had (considering getting my girlfriends phone back was like pulling teeth) with any establishment. If I could give 0 out of 5 stars, I would.

Do not even bother with Toddler time. All the employees do is chase you and your kid around and tell you what you can’t do.
I found almost all the parents looking incredibly annoyed with the employees that are WAY over bearing. This is toddler time after all.
–no running, stay in your own square (including parents with their kids, one kid in a lane at a time in foam blocks, no helping your kid make a basket, blah blah blah.
I signed your waver… you’re off the hook… let the kids have fun. Yes. they will sometimes fall. They are toddlers.
Maybe this place is more fun for older kids, but we have more fun at home on the exercise trampoline. The whole point of coming was to be around other kids and play. Not to have your employees literally RUNNING after them and tell them to stop.
So if you want your kid to stand in one spot… and jump… and ignore having fun. Go for it.
I’d recommend to management that they just cancel toddler time if they are going to be this paranoid. Disgruntled looks from all parents… all around.
I want my $ 10 back so we can go somewhere else and then we’ll go home and jump on the exercise tramp.

Took my nephew here and made the mistake of stating he was my nephew when asked if he was my son. Since I am not the legal guardian, I could not sign the wavier. I had to contact his mother at work and have her login to the website to sign off on permission. Other than that, it it is what it is, a trampoline park. The kid had a blast in the pits and on the trampolines, but spent most of his time playing dodge ball. After each game you have to exit and get back in line so everyone has a turn. I guess we got lucky and ended up there at a time when it wasn’t too crowded. I’d imagine it could be a small nightmare if they had a large enough crowd. Counter staff were friendly, jump staff seemed like they had had enough.

What a great expirence!!! I absolutely love this place, great for the kids and adults. Highly recommended this place to family, friends neighbors anyone! I don’t even know where to begin because I definitely want to put everything awesome about this place in this review.
The Court monitors are awesome, always interacting with the kids, making them feel special and making sure they are never bored. I’m almost there every weekend or at least two weekends a month. Court monitors are always friendly and making sure your experience at skyzone is to the fullest.
I never met anyone there that is miserable and not interacting with everyone. Such an awesome family oriented place and awesome location.

The first thing I noticed was the parking, or lack there of, for a place designed for group events they lack the ability to accommodate their vehicles.
Next was the waiver, there’s more info required than I am comfortable giving to the state let alone a warehouse trampoline center.
After completing the waiver I checked my son in when we were told to place our belongings in a bin that you would find on the discount rack at target.
We were then told to sit on these bleachers and wait.
The organization reminded me of basic training without a Drill Sgt. There to curse at me and make lewd comments. My six year old son felt alienated and found sky zone’s order restrictive, literally across the street is Oasis, a much better organized and better designed facility at which my family has never felt out of place. I do not ever wish to return here.

I went to buy a combo and I put it in and then I didn’t realize they come with a pretzel so I said oh can I have 2 of those and she said «Sorry I already put it in so I can’t» I was like OMG are you kidding! So I will never go back! I“ll go some else where!

We have had the honor of jumping at this Sky Zone upon their opening and a couple of times since then. We have also jumped at another Sky Zone park. The staff at this location is amzingingly friendly, fun, and knowledgeable. It is always clean, well staffed and tons of fun. My kids, 12 and 10, always want to take out of town guests to jump when we are planning activities and it is always a go to suggestion for cold or rainy days. I love that it is a family run business and employs tons of local kids. In addition, they do a bunch of community activies to give back to the community. In addition, when my kids are jumping and I have had enough or have decided not to jump, I can always keep up to speed on whichever teams are on TV that day.

This is the best place to take your kids! My son had his 12^th birthday at the Oaks location, so when the Glen Mills location opened in our backyard, it was a no-​brainer for the 13^th birthday. My kids always beg to go there on days off from school and they have attended many school sponsored events at Sky Zone. I have had the opportunity to jump myself and it is awesome:-) Easy to register online and very reasonably priced. Love it!

Fun for all about five minutes. How much bouncing can you do? Also, they smoke you on the prices. I understand why as this place is a liability nightmare!!! I heard about some serious injuries in the ball pits in locations in other states. In any case, cool to try once but save your money from other visits. They even charge you for a party room for a party. Not worth it.

Sky Zone is definitely a cool place to have a birthday party. I actually went for a grown up’s birthday party and had a lot of fun. Playing dodgeball is cool, but imagine what it’s like to play dodgeball on a trampoline? It’s freaking crazy. There’s a «freestyle» area where you can jump to your heart’s content. The area where I probably had the most fun was the section where you can flip into the huge foam area. They don’t allow backflips, so if you’re a flipping maniac, you’ll need to tone it down here. The section with the basketball hoops is great. There are three hoops at different height levels. Have fun dunking on all of them.
For birthday parties, the group gets pizza. The pizza is eh. On a 5-​star scale, the pizza gets 2.5 stars. It’s not terrible, but it won’t be the reason you want to go to Sky Zone. Outside food isn’t allowed, so I would recommend eating before or after.

I love love this place!!! I always take the SkyRobics classes. Every instructor is awesome. They all give you a great workout. Plus they all have great personalities and are very friendly and helpful. The other staff is great too. But shout out to my favorite instructors Michelle, Melissa, Stephanie and Kyle :)

We had a group of four 12 year olds, a 20 year old and two fifty year olds and we all had a blast. I think we most enjoyed the basketball slam dunk, the lines moved fast and you could go every minute or so. The foam ball pit was fun but VERY hard to crawl out of for the older, bigger ones. Dodge ball was limited to the younger kids — I wish I could have played! The large trampoline area was fun but it tires you out FAST. We went for 90 minutes and felt it was just right — I thought it would be too long. They limit the amount of people at one time so it never seemed too crowded. Parking is a mess, very narrow for my Suburban. We will go back!

Fun! As adults in our 40s, my husband felt self-​conscious about our coming to Sky Zone to jump around as if we were grade schoolers, but his embarrassment was dispelled within minutes of his first flight on the trampoline. A terrific way to burn calories and keep your blood pressure in check, too! We will definitely come back.
If you come, I strongly recommend buying advance tickets via their web page, as the facility fills up very quickly and therefore can’t guarantee walk-​in admittance. Be warned that there’s a $ 2 service charge for buying tickets online, but it’s still worth it to do so. They have lockers in which you can secure your belongings, so there’s no need to worry about your personal items while you’re on the tramp. You will be required to fill out a waiver, but this only takes a few minutes and, according to another reviewer, will be kept on file for a year so that future check-​ins will be faster.
I have to deduct a star because of their parking situation. It’s a rather narrow lot with tight registration between the rows of parked cars, so be careful when you back out. Also, don’t be surprised to encounter a back-​up of cars all the way to the street as people either pick up or drop off their kids or are looking to park. Otherwise, come and have fun!

My sister and I decided to try out the SkyRobics class here at Sky Zone.
Holy. Workout.
We got there a little late, but the class was pretty packed for 9:00 am on a Sunday. After we checked in, filled out the waiver, and received our bright orange Sky Socks, we headed over to the large trampoline court. Everyone gets their own trampoline, so you don’t worry about crashing into anyone and are able to bounce easily. We did a quick warm up and started to bounce. As someone who does a fair amount of cardio, I was winded within the first 5 minutes. The instructor (Mary Beth) is very much aware that this is a tough workout, so she was mindful to mix it up so you’re not just bouncing away for an hour straight and get a few breaks.
I highly recommend this class to anyone who wants a different and great workout. (Apparently you can burn up to 1,000 calories in an hour.) I loved it and will definitely be coming back — I may even purchase the 10 class pass!
A couple of notes:
1. Make sure you get to class early (~ 15 minutes or so) so you can get your trampoline of choice and don’t miss any of the important stuff. (I definitely failed at this!)
2. It looks like Sky Zone gets pretty busy, so I would recommend making online reservations so you can secure a spot. I would also fill out the waiver online so that you save time when checking in.
3. There are lockers available to keep your stuff safe!

Awesome for a senior (73 years old) to jump and dunk a ball, hit a kid in dodgeball, and feel like a teenager. Wonderful ambiance, friendly enthusiastic workers, and great music add to the fun. High value!
