The Dentists At Brinton Lake

You will find that many of my ratings to date have been 5 stars. That’s because I believe in consistency. Customer service is my specialty and therefore my ratings are based on that and of course everything else. I am very honest in my reviews so if your planning on using them to try somewhere I recommend that you please read through them and not just look at the stars!
This place and it’s employees are absolutely outstanding. I only have 1 check-​in here but I’ve been a client for the past 4 years and now my kids are too. We all get our regular cleans and my son also has braces so he has been an ortho client for over a year now as well.
Our Dentist Patricia Sansaricq and his Orthodontist Kimberly Jones-​Rudolph as well as the Dental Hygienists have all been absolutely wonderful. They genuinely care about their clients and how we take care of our mouths. We have a pleasant encounter with each staff that we come in contact with. Its location was a bit more convenient when I worked in the area when I started going there. It’s OK though, travelling the distance of 45 minutes or 17 miles is absolutely worth it. We all have appointments in September. Looking forward to it!

My experience with this practice has been outstanding! I was a patient of Drs. Matkov and Mazza MANY years ago and was happy then, so I returned and have been delighted with the attention to my complex billing of insurances (they took the time to thoroughtly investigate the two policies and actually refunded an overpayment to me) The office manager even took a good deal of her time to work with me when I stopped in one day when the office was closed! The routine dental prophylaxis by Dr. Patel and appropriate intervention were great — his interpersonal communication skills, thorough patient education and attention to detail and my level of comfort were exemplary. I also requested an evaluation for major restoration of my upper front teeth. His evaluation and recommendations were expert. The project was submitted to my insurance and although it was doubtful, it was reimbursed fully and my out of pocket cost were very reasonable. The final results are STUPENDOUS!!! His vision, artistry, and the wonderful lab that made my teeth resulted in a tremendously attractive transformation — if you are thinking about improving your appearance or de-​ageing go see DR. PATEL and his fabulous compassionate, assistant TAMMY at The Dentists at Brinton Lake!!! Even If you just want expert dental treatment go see Dr. Patel — you will not be disappointed!
