I had a difficult situation in which eviction was a clear possibility. Brian offered a (no charge) phone consultaiton, coached me on the process and prepared me for what I needed to do next (which I chose to do on my own). Using that advice, I was able to resolve the situation without going through the formal eviction process.
He was clear on what the cost would be, including his fees. Because I was able to remedy it on my own, it cost me nothing in legal fees. It easily could have gone in the other direction in which case, I would have known upfront what my investment would be.
A very good experience.
