Purchased a pair of new headlights here a couple months ago. At that time my friend was kind enough to change them out for me, and did it within 20 minutes (if that). Within just 2 month of having my new headlights installed one burned out. I went back here on my lunch break thinking I can just buy a new pair and have the employee change it out for me (O’Rielly, AutoZone & other similar businesses offer to change them for free if you buy it from them).
THREE boys (definitely not men) were working there and I was THE ONLY customer in the shop… not one of them knew how to change out headlights to a car… or maybe did but didn’t want to do the work.
Sorry but if you are working at a car part store and don’t know how to change lights to a car, you probably shouldn’t be working there.
Definitely not giving ANY of my business to this dump of an establishment
