I almost forgot my receipt with my carwash code and they guy who works here was a total dick about it. Instead of saying «hey! you forgot this!» He rudely and sarcastically yelled at me. Fuck you, dude. Your customer service sucks.

worst customer service ever! FRANK did not give me my change back when I paid for a $ 6 carwash. He said I requested a $ 10 car wash and he also said he asked me if I was sure I wanted a $ 10. He made me so upset! He is rude, careless and disrespectful.

If I could I w old give this place 0 stars. They don’t deserve anything. The whole place is piece of shit on top of that employees are so rude and careless. Specially the guy names Iligio he had the nerve to tell me to take my baby inside who is 1 year old sleeping in the car cause he doesn’t give shit to come and help me outside for a second. He was so rude and disgusting I wanted to spit at him. He is lucky I was with my baby. I hate this place and everybody working in there.

The worst gas station that I been, when you have a problem with car wash it is hard too resolve the problem

Car wash changed my card twice

Every time I go to get a car wash the thing doesn’t work. They refuse to refund you and this last time it damaged my car.

People working here are rude and unhelpful. I paid the car wash outside and it did took my credit card payment and it gave me a receipt. When I enter the car wash, it was not operating. I went inside the store to get help but it was like a battle game to get back what you paid for. They ignore you and will not even look at you. They put the blame on me and threat me that next time they will not help me if I made a mistake like it was my first time to use this simple machine. I told them I did not make a mistake for it was a machine failure. They should put a sign telling customer to pay inside coz if you pay outside, it will not work. There will be no next time coz I will not give my business to this People who have no respect for their customers…
It’s a risk to use this unreliable car wash. If it stop working, you have 2 choices fight hard for your hard earned money until you have a heart attack or just walk away like a looser…

The car wash is not working. They suggested that I go to their hand car wash over on Broadway. :-(They also did not know where the next closest drive-​through car wash is located. Of course not…

There’s a car wash here for when all you need is an automatic gas station car wash. Does the job.

The employee at the cash register, Frank, could not have been any less helpful or rude. When I inquired about the vacuum machine outside eating TWO dollars of my money and not working, he said he couldn’t do a thing about it and to call the 1 – 800 number on the machine… (which I did and nobody answered). I didn’t mind so much that he couldn’t refund my money, but his complete unwillingness to understand or empathize or even bother to help really bothered me. I hope his manager is aware of his lack of customer service. He literally checked out and moved on to another customer. Couldn’t have been less helpful. I will strategically NOT. be getting gas or anything from here anymore and will make a point to go to the Valero across the street. Thanks, Frank.

The Carwash here sucks and the employees are rude the dude with the plugs really need to get a life and regular job. I have been coming here for years and I will never go to this place again. F you buddy.

I come here for the car wash only.
I really love this car wash because it rinses clean and also the dryer moves back and forth along the car. I hate playing the drive through the dryer game at other car washes and I love that this one takes the guess work out of it. My car has a sloped back window that the rollers in other washes do not always reach. This one gets it completely clean.
I have never gotten gas here or gone inside but you can’t go wrong at the car wash.

Gas here is usually more than the gas station across but I still go here cause I trust their gas =)
