I don’t recommend this firm, no follow up whatsoever, actually they did AFTER the statute of limitations passed on my case. I know I should have followed up better as well but I thought that’s why I was hiring them for… to take care of it. :(

I had one of the best experiences with this law firm. The customer service was beyond satisfying. Making an appointment to see the attorney was easy. Once I got to the office I was greeted and offered tea, coffee, or water. Everyone was dressed professionally and smiling. I hired Mr. Abkarian after researching online for hours for a good personal injury auto collision attorney. I was hit from the front by a young man who ran a red light and fled the scene. It was a complicated case since it was a hit and run. I was very anxious at first. However, Mr. Abkarian and his assistants really made the process easier than I thought it would be. They were very prompt with updating me with my case statuses, returning phone calls, and responding to emails. My case settled better than expected. I refer all my friends and family to Mr. Abkarian; he won’t let anyone down.

Albert Abkarian is a very straight forward lawyer. He helped me with my case when I was rear ended by a drunk driver. The case was more complicated than I thought because apparently it was the drunk drivers 3^rd strike and he was going to be going to jail for a pretty long time.
Throughout the entire process, Mr. Abkarian was always following up with me with regards to my health and also the case. The ladies who work in the office were always super nice and prompt with call backs.

Albert and his office have helped me with two accident cases one of them very complicated. Both were solved very quickly with great results. I would recommend him to anyone. Thank you Albert and Associates.

Albert and his office took care of my wife and myself after we were both rear ended in separate accidents. His office took care of everything including the fact that my case involved a government vehicle which was more complex than the norm. I would recommend him and his office to anyone!

I hired Albert and his associate Moussa for my personal injury case involving a motor vehicle accident. I was the victim and had no idea what to do. After hiring him, he boasted his credentials and inflated the settlements he was looking after.
The case did not deliver very much at all. It covered the medical, barely, but did not even approach the «pain and suffering»
Albert said that was all he could do, because the insurance was maxed out.
Fine, whatever. I get screwed. Ok so what then?
I was crashed out, from their words, «we will take care of everything, you dont have to worry about a thing, just get healthy…»
I left these two attorneys in charge of my medical bills, insurance claims, third parties, hospital, ambulance, physical therapy, and chiropractic… you name it. Of course, Moussa recommends his brother for the Chiropractor. A total scam. I could have argued, but I was in a cast with broken bones and no sense of humor. It turns out that Moussa’s brother was more expensive than anything else I experienced. Every time I asked about the cost he said something like «do you want to get better or not». He was kind of a cocky jerk. and in the end, it was super expensive.
Again, I digress.
What really set me off was the fact that the two attorneys did not address my Hospital or Ambulance bills. Once the case was negotiated, and they found that they weren’t going to win a huge sum, they stopped caring. I found out about them not addressing the Hospital ER or Ambulance bills when a collection agency contacted me a year later! Adding on interest and affecting my credit, I had to pay the almost $ 5K out of pocket!
He still claims to have never known about the bills and that he assumed that I handled it on my own. That is so far off from «we’ll handle everything». It was such a ridiculous claim for so many reasons. The least of which are that I kept a bag of every single bill and receipt and piece of paper I received at every location, no matter how big or how small… everything. Not to mention the personal conversations we had where I said it to his face. When it doesn’t work out, he makes up a false reality and tries to convince you of it. I’m sure he’s convinced himself. I was happy when his shadiness was working for me, but it turns out it never was. He claims to have done so much, but I am only referring to the two bills that I gave him. He claims he never saw them and that is the problem! What accident attorney never sees a ER Hospital bill or Ambulance charge? I spoke to their secretary a lot, I even thought she was handling the case at some point. A Very Uncomfortable feeling.
I took those scam artists to court and, of course, they’re shaking hands with the bailiffs and winking at the judge. It was a short hearing, I lost.
But EFF these guys.
You are way better off calling an ad you see on the side of a bus or posted on a bench.

I got credit for the first review here, but that’s not true. There a hand-​full of generic 5 star ratings that I assume come from family members or people he’s rallied. They are all from members who’s only contribution to Unilocal are to give him a 5 star rating and that’s it. Super fishy!
The rest are a bunch of low one and two star ratings that have all been deleted by some legal loophole, I’m sure. There’s only a matter of time before this is taken down somehow.
There are better attorneys out there.
I hope this review stays up long enough to help some people.
