Slow service, bad management and poor service. It took them 45 minutes to bring out a wring food and on top of that trying to convince us to accept the order that we did not place just did it all. Never visiting this place again.

I’d love to give this place 4 stars because their food is really good, however, their service is very poor. My coworkers and I are always out for lunch, although we can take long lunches, we would like to get in and get out. I know a thing or two about running a restaurant. Slow service is not ideal for anyone. Brand Terrace, or Allegra(i believe they just changed their name) continues to change their servers or they just don’t have enough of them! It’s important to make sure everyone’s food is brought out at once, with silver wear & napkins ready to go! One more tip, you need music! It’s too quiet I feel like I am eating in an empty banquet hall. Bottom line, they need more servers to get the party’s food on time! Allegra, you have potential, use it. Good luck!

Skip this place. It took the waiter 50 minutes to tell me the chef ruined the one pizza dough they had left.

This review is solely for their banquet/party rental service. I have never eaten here and would NEVER step foot in this establishment again. This is a long post so be prepared. Unless you’re having a party at the park, there are not a lot of choices when it comes to renting a space for parties. So when I stumbled upon this place, I thought it was too good to be true. Pardon the cliché, but it WAS too good to be true. This venue rents out their space for all types of parties and banquets, and it looks quite beautiful with lovely modern décor. In my case, it was going to be for a birthday party with over 100 people. I spoke with the manager, Lilly, who said that the venue holds up to 150 people, will provide tables/chairs/table cloths, and allowed me to bring in my own caterer. GREAT! So far so good. With the party 4 months away, I felt comfortable with putting a deposit for the party. Unfortunately, all I received was a receipt for my deposit, but the basic details(date and time) were written down on the manager’s calender. There was no other written agreement besides this. BIGMISTAKE. And I admit… it’s partly MY mistake, however I believe this establishment does this on purpose to rescind their verbal contracts with trusting people like me. About two weeks before the party, I received a message from Lilly asking me if I can change the times of the birthday party because she double booked the venue — mine was to take place in the afternoon and there was going to be another party at night. Since I’ve had this planned for months, invitations to family and friends had already gone out so there was no way I would change the time. When I called her back to let her know that I cannot change the time, she was very short with me, stating, «Well you need to make sure your whole party is out of here before your deadline.» Okay whatever. About one week before the party, I called Lilly to see when I can come to the venue to figure out the table/chair configuration and to smooth out details. When I called, Lilly was extremely rude to me and asked me how many people will be attending. When I told her that we would be to their capacity of 150, she went on to say that 150 is the«standing room only» capacity. «WHAT???» In addition, she proceeded to raise her voice and claimed that I would have to rent additional chairs since their venue does not have that many chairs. Furthermore, at the beginning of the conversation, she stated that the venue would not provide any table clothes. However, by the end of the conversation, she agreed to provide the table clothes again. This conversation was getting ridiculous and hostile(on her end) so I told her I would need to discuss this case with my husband since this venue would not accommodate the number of guests. After speaking with my husband, we decided to cancel the party since 1) our guests would not fit in the venue, 2) this manager was becoming hostile, 3) we did not know what to expect in terms of what they would be providing, and 4) we would likely be rushed out the door since there was a party right after ours. When I called back to cancel, another person answered the phone(who was more helpful) and stated that they just had a party of 160 guests the week prior so 150 should be no problem. Completely confused, I decided to cancel anyway. I lost my deposit, which most venues usually do not cash until the party actually occurs, and I had to e-mail, text, and call all our guests informing them of the venue change. However, I am still glad we did not complete our business with these greedy people.

New location which threw me, but it has a nice outside patio. I had a veggie sandwich and it was super tasty.
