Arrowhead Ranch Water & Ice is considered by many customers by far the nicest, newest and cleanest water store in the whole town. We have state of the art, brand new equipment, that no other stores have. We have customers driving from Scottsdale, Fountain Hills, Wickenburg to get Alkaline water from us. We are specializing in Natural Alkaline water, purified Reverse Osmosis water, Purified ice and ice blocks made from our own RO water, and Hawaiian Shaved Ice with about 40 flavors. Our Natural Alkaline water is full of natural minerals such as Magnesium, Potassium and Calcium and it has a high PH level of 9.0−9.5 which is a very important factor in our health. Alkaline water is the best water for Cancer patients. Most our bodies are acidic already, so therefor you don’t want to put another acidic liquid in your body. Most bottled waters, sodas, juices, coffees and teas are acidic by its nature.

We sell/​deliver wholesale ice, ice blocks to commercial or residential customers/​events.

History

Established in 2010.

After starting the Water & Ice stores in Los Angeles in year 2000 and managing multiple successful locations in LA for a few years, I decided to move to Phoenix and bring my experience of 10 years and all the successful business models and ideas to Phoenix market.

In year 2010, in one of the nicest and upscale neighborhoods of Phoenix/​Glendale area, which the name says it all «Arrowhead Ranch» was established Arrowhead Ranch Water & Ice.

The store, with its brand new equipment, the nicest and cleanest showroom, friendliest customer service, high quality products and long business hours (7 Days 10 – 8) quickly grew to be the favorite water & ice store in a big part of the city.

We have a lot of doctors, urologists, fitness trainers, body builders, yoga instructors that refer their customers/​patients to us for Alkaline water. A lot of Cancer patients drive 40 – 50 miles to get the Alkaline water from us, since Cancer can NOT grow in Alkaline environment where your body’s PH is high.

This place is excellent. Before today I was filling up water at Vern’s Water Well but found that coming here would be much more convenient. It was a 360 degree experience! The guy working inside took my bottles, rinsed them, and quickly filled them up. He then carried them out to my car which was something that I used to have to do myself. The store is very clean and its proximity to Fry’s makes it easy to get your water and groceries in one trip.
I was also able to get a prepaid card which will make my future visits even easier. I highly recommend this place to anyone and everyone!

What a find! Promised my son a snow cone before realizing how hard they are to find in the middle of the desert.
Was thrilled to see that not only did they have a wide selection of flavors, they were so reasonably priced. The small was $ 1.50 and it was more than any of us could eat. And, despite one anomalous comment here, the store WAS clean and tidy.
The man working was incredibly attentive and kind. In a day when most younger employees would be content playing on their cellphones while ignoring a woman lugging around 5 gallon water bottles, we saw this young man on duty walking most of the customers’ bottles out to their waiting trunks.
For years our family has had water delivered for, what I now know is, an exorbitant price. This location offers a bargain of 55 gallons for $ 15! Calling Sparkletts to cancel our service tomorrow!
This store is a gem! So glad to have happened upon this oasis.

My kids and I went here to fill up our water bottles and to get a couple of snowcones. While checking out the flavors my son noticed some ants crawling around by the syrup. I gave it a closer look and found dead ants floating in the syrup bottles! I let the man that was working know what we saw and he could have cared less. He actually seemed a little offended that I would say anything about it! Also, when I mentioned they there was mold in the coconut syrup container he wasn’t even listening at that point. What horrible customer service, all he had to do was be decent and apparently that was way too much to ask. No thanks «Water and Ice of Arrowhead Ranch», I’ll let everyone know to go elsewhere. By the way, as we were leaving we saw the man serve a snowcone to someone else even after he knew that there were ants in it. Gross.

Fantastic service, very welcoming as well as informative. .30 ¢ per gallon for regular water and .90¢ per gallon for alkaline water! So far this may be the closest water place from me and giving them a shot, downfall though NO Thrifty ice cream like other water and ice places, but this business assures quality of their water, but uuum can you make an exception to Thrifty black cherry ice cream, pleeeease?! ;)

Very friendly service: customer first.
Stopped for couple bags of ice. There wasn’t even a pitch that I could call a soft sell, just really a mention of the expensive, special, magic water, then he offered a brochure and just let it be. My bill was cheaper than I thought but I only had a debit card, no cash. Instead of suffering the transaction charges from visa for such a small bill, he insisted I just take the ice bags and «get him back next time». Now, your mileage may vary, so dont go in expecting the same and don’t take advantage of their hospitality… like I did. Still owe them a buck seventy five. OOPS, I’m coming dont worry

I was recently introduced to Alkaline water and I heard this Water & Ice has a process that is better than most, so I gave it a try. I guess water stores are all pretty similar but what I found at this location, whereby prompting me to give it 5 stars is this: the service was awesome. I was expecting the place to be pretty much self serve, no assistance, figure it out on my own, but I was wrong. Thanks David (owner) for making my first experience with Alkaline water exceptional. I will be back.
