Absolutely terrible customer service! It was empty, just myself and one other customer. The girls were nice but whoever the man is that works there is very very rude. As I was getting a quick pedicure, I was reading their menu. For some reason he took it away for me as I was in the middle of reading it and put it on the seat next to me?!? Nearing towards the end of my pedicure I asked if I could have a design done and he stated and I quote «you should have told us that earlier»!! At that moment I should have left but I didn’t I needed my Polish changed. He kept turning around to watch whatever violent movie was playing on TV that nobody like and just completely ignoring me and not paying attention. You should never have to apologize for not getting good customer service. Do not go there. Go 3 doors down to the Polish Room. Everyone there is extremely nice and they do a wonderful job.

I was referred here by my friend and I must say it was a GREAT recommendation! I took my 3 year old lil girl too to experience her 1st mani/​pedi. Jimmy did an incredible job and I’m thoroughly impressed with his work. He took the time to listen to what I wanted and went above and beyond to get the job done. My nails look perfect! I will definitely be going back!

DO NOT GO HERE!!!
Last week, two friends of mine and I went for 2 full sets and a gel mani. Me and one of my friends have been loyal customers, well the other friend we were with is fluent in Vietnamese, so she understood EVERYTHING. As it turns out, they were calling one of us fat!!! I confronted them after our nails were finished and all that was said was «sorry»… I highly recommend you take your money and business else where, unless you wish to pay to be insulted.

They were really nice and did a good pedicure… But my manicure is terrible. Not cleaned up around them and they didn’t use a fast dry coat. They don’t carry the fast dry spray either, who has all day to spend waiting for there nails to dry. They also didn’t keep pumice stones for your feet only the metal option. I can’t use those so I couldn’t get my dead skin removed!

I’ve got to say I wasn’t so impressed this time. Had to ask several times for tech to properly smooth nails. I can’t believe he was going to continue to paint over two peeling nails, causing bumps in the polish. It only takes a second to smooth them down. It got to a point where I had to insist. It ruined my taste for this salon. Such a shame!

I have been to handfuls of other nail salons and I have never had such an amazing experience then here. I have been here 7 times now. Always the most amazing customer service and true love goes into the work they do. I honestly will never go anywhere else. I found my home, I hope it’s just as good of a place for you.

The best nail place in North Phoenix. Great customer service, they have always been amazing to my family my husband and daughter. I can bring them any picture on pintrest and they always amaze! Prices couldn’t be better too! Look up coupons too and they have 21 buck gel manicures. You can’t beat them for the price. As far as the wait etc come ladies lets be real. CALL ahead. It’s not hard ask what the wait is!

I love jimmy tommy & Kelly! Jimmy for manis, tommy for pedis, & Kelly for wax. They have the best selections of colors & brands. I love that there’s a huge tv that plays movies during services. They stay open late & have the most reasonable prices. I always tip 30% plus because if the extra mile they go for the services performed.

This was my first time getting my piggies worked on, so I didn’t know what to expect. My girlfriend and I showed up to the place 10 minutes before the place was scheduled to open. We still weee seated and worked on right away. The customer service was excellent, they had a great tv they kept me and her entertained. No bad smells and the décor was very soothing and welcoming. My girlfriend says the prices were fair based in it’s location, maybe a dollar or two more than normal.. But for what we received it was definitely worth it. Oh and I forgot the massage chairs! !! Love the massage chair! !

Horrible. Said they could take me and a friend when we walked in. They sat her down, and I am still waiting 50 minutes later.
It smells bad in here, the décor is horrible. I should have turned right around when I got a little sick to my stomach at the stench.
