My wife and I have used Brian and Briant Construction 3 – 4 times over the years on different properties we have owned. I am sorry Stephane T you had such bad experience with this company we have never experienced this with Brian. Our last job we had Briant Construction do for us was to remodel two showers, build an entertainment/bookshelf in a wall, hang cabinets in the laundry room and rock our fireplace. Brian and crew (David) did a great job as I said we have never had a issue with these guys, they are timely and get the job done. My recommendation is if you are looking for some quality remodeling work, please give Brian a call and Staphane T please give Brian and David a second chance

I have contacted Briant Construction on four different occasions in that last month. I have attempted to hire them for follow up work on a job that they completed inefficiently. I indicated to them that I will pay them for their services, I just need someone to come out and assess the work that was completed by their company so that the problem can be remedied. The fee for their previous work was substantial ($ 7000!) and was paid by the previous property owner just before we purchased our home. I would expect a company that charges hefty prices to at least stand by the quality of their work. I would hate for someone to hire this company and get the run around that I have experienced. What a disappointment!

I had a list of things gone wrong around my house that I’d successfully put off fixing for a loooong time. I asked a real estate agent I met if she knew someone good she could refer me to so I could finally knock some items off the list. She referred me to Briant Construction. I had them out this week and I thought they were great. Matt and Brian are licensed, members of the BBB, and do all size jobs. My stuff was minor compared to what these guys are capable of, I’m sure. They were super nice, fun, smart, genuinely good guys. I’m sure I’ll be using them again for other projects around the house. Thanks again, guys!
