I have been here a couple of times and every time it’s the same problem HORRIBLE SLOW CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! However the food is just decent but the margarita’s are on point and tasty. If you plan to go to this location in atlas mall be prepared to wait for ever for your food and make sure you have everything you need from your waiter or waitress because once they leave they do not come back regularly and you have to flag them down. It’s annoying!

The food is excellent, really great quality food, but the service sucks. I had to wait so long to get a table then my waiter was terrible. His saliva was all over my face while he spoke to me and he did not notice it. Good experience with food but not the people.

Chilli’s is a decent chain restaurant. This location has good service and we have never had to wait for more than 5 minutes to be seated. It’s a pretty big location and there are a lot of servers. The food is also good and I don’t have any complaints about this place. We park in the garage and pay $ 3, too bad it’s not free, but I guess that’s just me used to the abundant free parking in California.

place is the best for sit down eats and bar eats if you looking for filet mignon don’t come here. if you looking for lobster don’t come here. food is the same in all chili’s it fills the belly. don’t play yourself

They re-​vamped chili’s you know? Like not to long ago actually, kinda like what dominoes did a face lift; a chance to make things better. At first things seemed better then slowly but surely everything went back to being crappy. I only drink at chili’s these days.
steaks are never cooked how you ask, they pick terrible cuts, the salads are soggy and never seem fresh, table side guac is tasteless, flatbreads taste cheap, the bacon cheese fries would be great if they actually put bacon on it… I could on but you get the jist right?

— Within a year Chilis went from amazing to ehh. They used to have great ribs. Pretty lame now. The grapefruit margarita was good but not strong enough in my opinion. Service is quick and food comes out pretty quick too, this is usually a plus.

I personally would never choose to step into a Chillis, but sometimes we have to do awful family events.
This location has the most horrendous customer service on the planet. From getting a drink at the bar, to getting seated, to begging for napkins and utensils, be prepared for a full blown middle American experience. Actually, it’s worse as this is not middle America — it’s lower income, obese, ignorant Queens.
Can’t comment on the food as Chillis fare is consistent no matter where you are.

Food is too oily for my taste, but the drinks were good and they have happy hour!
Honestly if I was drunk I would’ve loved the food. The portions are HUGE so that’s a big plus.
Our server was super nice and super patient (I tipped her well and she even came back and thanked me!).

OH ChIlis is super terrific !! From the food to the drinks ! My girlfriend and I give it a 5 stars! Come on it’s super affordable their 2 for 1 happy hours everyday is super convenient! Drinks are delicious !! The service could use a tad bit of work. Since on some visits my girlfriend usually finds herself having to grab the steak sauce from another table LOL. . But she doesn’t nag if the food satisfies her. Overall we love the drinks and food so usually end up here before we go catch a movie!!!

I like Chilli’s Bar and Grill. It’s been awhile since I’ve been here. I feel like the menu got better but I can’t be more specific. The burgers and ribs here are good. They have salads, chicken options, pasta, steaks, tacos, and a bunch more. Plenty of Specialty drinks and specialty Margaritas. The menu has pictures of the drinks, which for a non drinker like me, helps me decide what to get.
Certain drinks, sodas, lemonades and iced teas are bottomless refills.
There’s are plenty of seats here and a large bar with TV’s every where especially by the bar.
Staff here is nice. Our waitress was very attentive and in a great mood which always helps. Not only did she check on us a few times but so did another server walking by, which was nice. The restaurant is on the 2^nd level.

Service is usually pretty good. The food just seems to get worse every time I go. Although I recently these little fried cheese balls which are so delish. Can’t go there too often of course because everything is drenched in sodium.

My and my dad went twice here. We love it. I love Mexican food. I love the big selection of food. I love this place. This place has good burgers. I would recommend this to a friend.

Sometimes have to wait long for seat.

I like the Ziosk on the table, so you can order some items, check or pay your bill.

If your in the mood for happy hr specials and great drinks, then this is place for you. I usually sit at the bar and order drinks and apps. Just simple. You are close to the flat screen tvs and you can see tthe sports events on different ones. The bartenders are usually nice and accomodating. Their food is ok. Just what you would usually find at any semi fast food chain. I love when they have the 2 for 1. Definitely my kind of night.

Horrible and disgusting. The service was extremely slow, my appetizer was served with a gross piece of orange paper on the side, my sandwich was burnt and the lettuce was brown and withered, my ranch dressing had a fly in it! I was grossed out. How do you serve food like that??? Never again.

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in a restaurant.
The waiter had an attitude, not only that, the food took about 45mins– to an hour .
When the food finally came it was cold and disgusting!
I will NEVER come here again… Nor will I recommend anyone to eat here!

I came across chilis while shopping i was interested in the new menu. I can honestly say i expected more but it was okayy not too bad i ordered the fajitas it was spicy but not overbearingly hot but it wasn’t the best. The food did come out pretty fast though

Horrible food and I do mean horrible. There is nothing Mexican about this place at all. Here’s a little word of advice– Add cilantro to your items and maybe it’ll give it the slightest taste of Mexican.
I called ahead and still had to wait 10 minutes to get a table because the girl in the front mixed my table with someone else. Once seated the table was dirty but I carry wipes with me at all times and just cleaned it myself.

Boneless wings –Horrible
Chicken Tacos– disgusting (Who adds a fried chicken strip in a taco and call it at taco??)
Patron Margarita (Watered down in a presidente pitcher rather than the patron pitcher it was supposed to come in)
Steak and shrimp combo– My husband said the steak was not good at all, in fact he threw it away)
Monetary Chicken– nearly rare and just not flavorful at all.
The only good that came out of this was our table entertainment and the loaded mashed potatoes. I will no longer be returning to a Chilis franchise again unless they make major changes to the menu. Chilis in Puerto Rico is actually very delicious.

It’s 9 pm on a Wednesday and more than half the bar area is filled with filthy empty tables with dirty plates all over them. Then the hostess tells me to wait bc they have to clear off tables. Ok fine. 15 minutes later I, along with my guest and the 10 other people sitting here also waiting are wondering why tables are sitting in the bar area filthy while we the paying customers sit here waiting like jackasses on a weeknight.
Why you ask? Maybe because the three girls (2 hostesses and a server) are laughing and gossiping away about how the server refuses to serve certain tables based on their appearances.
This is BS. And I will never come back here. People have to work in the morning and just want dinner. We don’t want to listen to your God damn complaining. We don’t want to watch your lazy asses standing around while we sit here waiting.
This restaurant needs some SERIOUS customer service training and a new manager… OBVIOUSLY!
