Just had my colonoscopy done here. They are amazing. Nurses are so polite and caring. It is very clean and well equipped. Everything went smooth. It really matters when you wake up after surgery see everyone with smile and support around you. Good job to the management team… and thank you!

I just had an endoscopy yesterday and was a bit nervous. The staff made me feel comfortable and safe. The appointment was on time and I was out in no time. The endoscopy went smooth and I did not feel a thing. With my experience I totally would recommend community surgery center.

Went here to get my gallbladder removed by Dr Renner and overall had a lovely experience. The staff was very thorough and super nice. They all seemed go really enjoy their job and want to make the patient seem as comfortable and safe as possible. Surgery was really fast and the doctor and the nurses both explained the process to me so I wasn’t worried at all. The only reason it only has 4 stars is because the wait was very long. I had a 630 appointment and the doctor didn’t even arrive until about 830 and he still has a surgery in front of me. I understand the pre op can take a while but still it was a little excessive. Would definitely go there again because they were all so awesome! Thanks everyone

I am giving 1 star because the nurse her name its Lusy she is very rude and she thinks she own the place i never recomend any one go there only because she works there !!! SHE DONT BELONG THERE !!!

My husband had a procedure and the staff was great specially Monica at the front desk. My husband was extremely nervous almost to the passing out point and she was so nice and accommodating from start to finish, constantly checking up on him and making sure he was ok pre and post the procedure. She’s a great asset to your business, take good care of her. The nurses were also very sweet and made him feel so comfortable. After dreading for couple of years in getting this procedure done, the staff made him feel so at ease that he would be willing to come back tomorrow if needed. We can highly recommend this facility to our friends and families.

Recently I had 2 surgeries at this facility. My expectations were exceeded in every aspect. The facility itself, the staff, the physicians were all amazing! It happened to be my birthday the day of surgery and the staff noticed that on my chart. When I was in recovery, they all gathered at my bedside and sang Happy Birthday. Can’t get a better experience than this!
I highly recommend this facility!

Over two hour delay for an 830 in the morning appointment.
I can understand doctors getting back up later in the day but not first thing in the morning. How can this not be intentional overbooking?

Incompetent from start to finish. I was injected with much more anesthetic then was required. I was sick for more than a week following a simple procedure. Had the same procedure in the past and was 100% the next day.
Adding insult to injury, their accounting staff can’t seem to file a claim with Blue Shield. My insurance covers me 100% for this procedure, but I keep getting the bills not them.
Avoid this place.

Excellence Matched by Personalized Service in an Outpatient Setting.
The Staff is very friendly, sweet and caring. I was at first worried but not at all. I would go back to this place. Under new mgmt, great care.
Had surgery here on March 4^th, the staff was very nice and made me feel so relaxed and it went so fast … was home resting and the place was very very very clean…
