Copy Central Glendale

This place is so awesome. Was welcomed very warmly and promptly by Brandon. Explained to him that I needed baby show invitations printed from a template I purchased off of Etsy, preferably done today before 3. He assured me that wouldn’t be a problem and printed me a test copy. After that he went ahead and put in my order for 40 invitations and was even able to get them done before the 3 o’clock deadline. Thank you again Brandon. Will definitely be using Copy Central again in the near future.

I’ve had a few projects printed at Copy Central and every single time has been a great experience. I give this company five stars first and foremost because I ALWAYS get a quick response. Brandon always replies within a few hours of my emails (but usually sooner than that) whenever I request for quotes or have any questions. And if he’s not in, somebody else replies just as quickly. (Shout out to Steven!) Response time is crucial, especially if you’re printing something last minute. While there are cheaper printers available, many things are reasonably priced at Copy Central and the quality of the printing is excellent. Really, you get what you pay for here. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a hassle-​free printing experience with great customer service, quick response time and good quality printing! I’ll definitely be coming back here.

I came to copy center with a last minute printing and binding project for my thesis presentation after Kinkos couldn’t do the job. Not only did they agree to help me out on the day, but they helped to create a great cover and back for my booklets. The staff is friendly and professional and the quality is amazing! Thanks, Brandon and Steven! I’ll definitely think about these guys before heading to a Kinkos again!

Hands down, completely happy about my purchase at Copy Central. I moved to Glendale a short while ago, and am not familiar with local businesses. Brandon was an extreme professional and knew his business well! I was given a great rate for the amount of printing I needed. I also got to use my Unilocal discount of 15%. I uploaded my files to their website and within an hour, the job was complete. I’d send anyone needing a wide variety of printing done to Copy Central Glendale. Life savers!

I had an awesome experience with this company today. I emailed my file to them and they took care of the printing immediately. They were careful to make sure the quality was to my approval and even offered to trim the white space from the edges of my fliers and posters. Good prices, quality and service. I came here recently because I needed a large design printed on vellum paper. Because of the nature of the paper my home printer kept on smearing the ink on the design. I came here to see if they could make my print without smearing and to my delight, they did!!! Thank you Copy Central!

This place is a life saver. Due this week, I had to have three copies of my close-​to-​100 page master’s thesis specifically in velo-​bound. The manager, Brandon, was helpful, friendly, and he got my copies done super fast. He gave me a chance to double check the copies and helped me with my colored prints. Brandon even stayed almost an extra half hour after closing to help me get my job done. (I came close to closing time). I even got an extra 15% off for checking in at Unilocal.The price is much more reasonable compared to other copy places like Fed Ex (Fed Ex quoted me a price almost three times as much for one copy).
If any of you are looking for a place to print out big documents like a master’s thesis, this is the place to go. :)

I needed a printer for some hi-​res art prints and posters, and a friend recommended Copy Central. I have worked with some very good printers in the past, but was really blown away by the quality, speed, and attention to detail C.C. put into my prints. They are now my go-​to printer, and I would highly recommend them to anyone. Brandon is a pleasure to work with and makes sure that you are 100% happy with the prints. Highest recommendation!

Brandon, a consummate professional, helped me from start to finish printing my dissertation draft in color copy. There were 36 images and he scanned to make sure all was correct, personally input the revised page numbers for the index, and had a fabulous attitude the entire time. Other customers were coming and going and it was clear that there needs were met and that several of them had also experienced that competent going-​the-​extra-​mile attitude and service.
Jim Darcy has hired intelligent capable staff at the 4 Copy central stores he manages and now I have experienced 3 of them – all top rate experiences.
It is definately worth driving to a Copy Central to get the job done right

I have never been treated better by a copy center. I’d love to recommend the Glendale Copymat because they made a very difficult project so much easier and they went to great eztents to help me. Their staff guided me through all the process and they even worked after hours to help me meet my deadlines. Very friendly, very informative and really high quality of work! Awesome price as well! the best! :)

Needed to get some custom binding done, this was the only shop that told me right away they would do the job I asked. It involved thinking outside the box a bit.
They did a great job binding about a dozen books for me. First time I’ve felt confident leaving my prints without fear of it being ruined by incorrect trims and binding on wrong side.
Highly recommended.

Owner was a rude prick. Did not want to accept my print job because it was tedious and not worth a lot of money to him.
There are three printing places across the street. Ever wonder why no one is ever in here? THE OWNER SUCKS!

Who raises their prices in a recession? Copy Central does. Let’s put it this way, I wasn’t coming in for the friendly customer service which I’ve never experienced in this place – it was the 3cent copies, that were worth dealing with the not so socially inept personalities. Now that they’ve raised their prices to 7cents bye-​bye copy central.
I came in today and felt like I dove into a bath of bad vibes. I made my own copies, and one of the pages got jammed in the printer. The guy behind the counter said this hardly ever happens. He tried to pull the jammed page out, and I told him I will do it since the material I was copying was someone else’s. He told me that I wasn’t being gentle with it, and he’d rather do it. Yes, this rubbed me the wrong way. Anyhow, I had to make a copy of an extra page to replace the ruined one, and was still charged for it. How is it my fault if they’re machine eats up my paper? Then I was told they raised their prices, and the guy starts going off on all the reasons why. Dude, I don’t care why, I just want to do my business and leave. Anyhow, I told him I was going to go to another printer that charges less, and his reply was «if he can afford it, great for him.» He was still talking to me when I was out the door. When is it ever appropriate to treat a customer like this? I left the place feeling emotionally drained, and no, I won’t be going back.

Brandon and Steven are very helpful.
They also charge less than other copy stores in this area.

I was in the area for work and needed to get copies made for a conference ASAP. I went in here randomly and am very glad I did… Shanice listened to my needs, helped me find a solution in a timely fashion and was much cheaper then it would have been at the bigger printing companies. I am glad I stumbled upon this place!

I came here to get a picture printed out for a gift, I did it last minute and needed it asap. I dropped it off at 1pm and was told it would be ready the next day. That wasn’t good for me, I needed it the next morning and would not be able to make it in time for event. Tammie was super helpful and understood my dilema and she made it happen it will be ready same day at 4pm! I will mos def be back.
