This is my Breakfast at Tiffany’s. I love perusing the aisles after work to decompress (weird?). The girls are always so friendly and helpful. My only request is to the patrons: STOP BRINGING YOUR EFFIN’ KIDS! This is a professionals only store and my sanctuary. Respect the rules.

Update to my previous review:
Since I wrote my initial review the entire staff seems to have changed– for the better. The manager (name?) approached me the last time I was in the store and had a convo with me about how/​if the customer service has improved and if there was anything she could do. It looks like they are taking the negative comments seriously and making a big effort to turn the store around.

I don’t understand the other two reviews recently. I went in here about a week ago and the girl with pink hair (Tandele?) was very helpful. She was honest about dry shampoo I was looking at and even recommended another brand I had never tried before. The girl at the register (longer brown hair) was very nice and had me take out the coupon from my magazine for a sample. I remember this store about a year ago and I think it’s improved.
The store was neat and clean and there was a very positive vibe. I’m assuming the other reviews caught them on an off day.

I have been hear like two times and the 1st time I was there there was 3 girls really nice one tall girl and one with long hair and the other one had a hat on but all really nice. But the last time I was there, there was a very bad vibe the manager is not a good one I don’t think I will keep on going in there

Wow ! The workers barely want to help you or answer any questions then we go to the cashier to pay there are like 6 girls standing not even one of them says sorry well be right with you or anything, then Maria says I can help you guys with the biggest attitude and doesn’t even say the price before charging us and when my friend asks her are you sure it was 24 $ she said yea it’s been 24 always again with attitude… She did the same thing with me didn’t even say the price before charging me very unprofessional.

I use Unilocal often to read reviews before I purchase anything. but, this is my first time writing a review. I go to CosmoProf and the other one that start with an S~c. While I dread going there S~C (talk about bad/​rude custumer service there) only cause CosmoProf doesnt carry what I needed.
I love Tandell. She is very professional yet makes you feel like a friend. And, if they’re out of what you’re looking for, they’re really good about helping you. I’d say this is the vest CosmoProf compared to the one on Vermont or other ones.

There was a mixup with an online order made in store with one of the representatives there. Thankfully, Tandell, the manager, was able to resolve the problem in a very professional manner. She was understanding, calm and smiley the entire time. If you need more assistance or would like to resolve something, speak to her, she’s great!

The only reason I go to this location is because it’s the closest. I’ve been coming here for 3 years, the only helpful person was the manager and she was gone this year and replaced. Now, everytime I walk in im greeted with a loud, obnoxious «hellllo» which is pretty fake and annoying. One of my last visits included me looking through the isles of the nail polish and the girl was on the floor organizing something… well, hunny im trying to browse, you might want to do that somewhere else or actually at closeinng time.
Another time, I was checking out and the girl looked at my shirt and smirked, I guess she didn’t like how my «like a boss» shirt sounded to her. I feel like the girls lose their IQs every time I come in here (which is not that often, at all)
I wish the girls were trained better and worked faster and actually acted like they want to work there, it really kills my whole mood after leaving this location.

First time at this location this past Sunday, the sales associate was so friendly and helpful. The store is big and pretty tidy. And since it was my first time here it was nice that the girl went out if her way to make sure I knew where everything was. Had a lot of good sale items and promotions. Won’t hesitate to come back to this location.

I usually enjoy my visits to this store because I can stock up on «Hempz» my favorite body lotion and fake eyelashes at much lower than retail prices with my pro card. The store is usually very clean and organized and their sale section has lots of great deals on nail polishes.
Most of the time, I’m able to find help when I need it and the girls that work here are usually very friendly. There have been a few times when I’ve encountered an associate here who was less than friendly, but it won’t stop me from coming back.

This was the worst location I’ve been to. There was 4 girls working there, they all deserve to be working in Taco Bell, they do not fit the description to work in a beauty supply store. Very rude, and horrible customer service. CosmoProf is too great of a store to be employed by these idiots. I will never shop from this location again.

I love this place, I haven’t had bad customer service then again I do my OWN research on products I’m interested in trying. This place if for hair stylists that are licensed yes they have small selection of make up but it’s not a place recommended for MUA. I also love the location in Lakewood very friendly. The only reason I gave it 4 stars was because of the parking they don’t have control over that.
