Erik Abraham D.

Business Owner

Erik Zograbian, Esq., the firm’s managing partner, is a graduate of University of California, Santa Barbara, (B.A., with honors, 2003) and Loyola Law School (J.D., cum laude 2006). Before founding the firm, he worked as a Litigation Associate for at a small plaintiff’s firm for four years handling a wide variety of cases, including personal injury, employment, and insurance bad faith. Prior to that he worked at an insurance defense firm representing insurance companies. Mr. Zograbian’s diverse background has given him a unique understanding of both sides of the equation.

Abraham Dervishian, Esq., the firms founding partner, began to practice law in 2009, he primarily focuses his practice on Serious and Catastrophic Personal Injury, Social Security Disability, and consumer protection matters such as lemon law. Mr. Dervishian also represents clients in employment related matters, including litigation for matters arising out of sexual harassment, wrongful termination and wage and hour
