Da Juice Bar

Ordered a green tea boba. It had 6 boba balls and was mostly sugar and cream for $ 5. Other than it being artificially colored green there wasn’t anything «green tea» about it. Definitely don’t come here for the boba.

Been here half a dozen times and generally order the breakfast burrito with avocado and usually get the Acai smoothie. Tried the Pitaya smoothie with mango/​banana for he first time today and thought it tasted quite bland. The breakfast burrito is filling and they make it fresh but find that its stuffed with lots and lots of potatoes and very little meat/​egg. LOVE the green sauce it’s delicious. I think it’s a bit overpriced, paying organic prices without using organic produce.

Was lucky to find this spot down the way from my office and it’s such a great occasional treat. The breakfast burrito and kimchi burritos are both so good and filling, plus the spicy mayo and salsa verde sauces are the perfect cherry on top. They do a killer orange/​carrot juice and the salads are delicious too!

I found myself craving something healthy, and came to da juice bar where I got the half pitaya, half açai bowl. At $ 8.50, it’s pricey but unfortunately most superfoody products are inordinately expensive. For the price, you get a big bowl of the açai, pitaya, plus bananas, granola, and strawberries. The pitaya is a bit sweeter than I would like, but the açai balances it out. Super filling, tasty, and it feels like I’m eating ice cream for breakfast.
Parking is easy, there is a lot in the back and street parking all around, plus it’s nice to walk around the neighborhood.

Love this place! Assorted healthy menu. I personally can’t have enough of their açai bowl.
I also tried their veggie sandwich. So good!!! Great customer service.

It’s been awhile since I’ve checked out da juice bar and I’m not sure why! The breakfast burrito is still really good, the potatoes on the inside are mashed, it’s tasty. I like it with meat but today I got mine vegetarian with avocado. Very good with the spicy mayo sauce! I think they charge for tomato, I feel like if someone gets it vegetarian they should put the tomato for free. I still love their burrito.
Their acai and pitaya bowl is very reasonable at 8.50! It has granola, strawberries and banana. So good!
I’ve had their veggie burger and tuna wrap in the past and I remember liking it.
They have expanded their menu and they have made a lot of positive changes with the overall look. I will be back to try more things and get the acai bowl again.

I literally come here everyday for their green tea boba it’s so good! Also chicken Caesar wrap is what I always get so yummy!

I am absolutely in love with this place! It’s my go to smoothie place and lunch spot. I’ve been coming here since I moved to Glendale and I always love it. The food is delicious, try the Greek wrap yum and the Garden Burger! Came here to pick up lunch to go with friends and everyone loved their salad and wrap. This review is overdue. The Pitaya smoothie and Acai bowl are also a must breakfast, call ahead and have your order ready by the time you get there. Definitely work checking out! They do delivery now too!

I would come here once a week for lunch or a dragon fruit smoothie. My favorite food choice is the omelette. They cook it with mashed potatoes! So good. Also they’re spicy mayo and other green colored side is phenomenal — almost worth it alone. My only qualm with this place is that I think it’s overpriced, especially the fruit smoothies. But since the food is so good, it’s worth it every once in a while.

The mint celery lemonade.. . Oh my goodness! The breakfast burrito too! No complaints at all, everything is delicious. My favorite is the acai bowl.

Let’s face it, I’m Asian. The gene that used to let me enjoy milk products turned off like a decade ago. The smoothies I drink need to be made from the milk of almonds or soy or coconuts otherwise it will be an unfortunate day for me and maybe others around me.
I’ve been on this morning smoothie kick for the past several weeks. My travels have taken me everywhere in LA in search of a great smoothie for the price and value.
I was headed towards may wood by way of the 210 when Unilocal directed me here. First off let me say what I ordered was quite delicious and rich. I ordered the Reese’s pieces smoothie. They say it contained milk, chocolate, peanut butter, and banana. It was very good and silky. Don’t know if there were any additives to the smoothie that made it that way since if you asked me to blend those ingredients alone, I’d end up with a slushy, water mess! Lol. Very tasty. Price was right to for a medium at $ 7.50.
Now to what I was put off on. 1. They charge extra for nondairy alternatives… for me $ 1.50 extra for the medium size. Don’t know why people do this at all, almond milk isn’t really the most expensive alternative to dairy in the world! I can understand if they made it from scratch by blending down some almonds and squeezing the resultant purée through cheesecloth…(I’m not sure if it was… and if it was, ok I get the extra charge)
2. $ 10 minimum on a credit card! Ugh. Thankfully I came away with a 9.00 smoothie (7.50 plus cost of special almond milk) and the cashier didn’t charge me extra for less than $ 10.
I really don’t like being punished for being lactose intolerant or spending less than what I would spend on a sit down meal just for using my CC!
4 stars for the drink. –1 star for almond milk up charge, –1 for $ 10 min.

This place is pretty great. I keep it simple sometimes and get a freshly squeezed orange juice. It’s served at room temperature — It’s pulpy and delicious! They’re breakfast burritos are pretty darn good too. They’re small but very filling! If you want a little bit of salsa to give your tastebuds a little kick in the morning, I recommend you ask for their chipotle sauce (At least, that’s what I think it is — It’s sweet and spicey mayo? lol). I like it better than the green salsa — that just tastes like water and green peppers. Blah.
It’s a pretty small spot with tiny (coffee shop-​like) tables for two inside and outside. They should really think about rearranging the tables outside. The last time we were out there the door kept hitting people everytime it was swung open. Or it would hit our table and our cups would threaten to spill over. I was like ahh! lol Just order and go. :)

What a find! I was randomly craving a breakfast burrito and was trying to avoid the crazy crowds at Porto’s. Thanks to Unilocal,I discovered this gem. though it’s predominantly a juice bar, all I had was the vegetarian breakfast burrito. And it was DELISH!
The young lady working there was very nice and the ingredients tasted fresh and delicious. For under $ 6, I had one of the best breakfast burritos I have ever had — yes seriously! I will definitely be back! To turn their breakfast burrito veg, instead of meat they add spinach, peppers and onions (which I asked to skip because I am personally offended by onions) and I added avocado for .85 which was worth it! Mm mmmmm

Love this place cause it’s one of the few places I can eat out at that has great tasting healthy options.
My go to items are either the kimchi breakfast burrito w/​spicy mayo (the spicy mayo is hella good), the spicy chicken sandwich, or the high energy salad w/​chicken and balsamic vinegerette. All of these items are sooo good and very reasonably priced.
If you’re on your way to Portos next door for anything other than the pastries or don’t wanna wait in the ridiculously long line over there, I’d recommend going to Da Juice Bar instead!

I was in dire need of fresh OJ since people are town are diseased and I caught what they had.
I almost couldn’t find this place cause I’m blind as hell and the place was small but when I did manage to find it I was glad to see they have an extensive menu inside.
I ordered the garden burger combo that came with a super small salad and 3 pieces of fruit plus fresh OJ for about $ 11. Not horribly priced at all for the meal itself as it was quite enjoyable!
I was a fan of the garden burger even though it lacked condiments and some extra lettuce/​tomatoes. The salad was alright and the fruit wasn’t the best.

Great place to go on Brand Blvd. Really good juices/​boba, really good wraps. I’ve yet to have their breakfast items which I plan to next week. Very good portions, friendly service and they use alkaline for everything, even for washing their produce. All in all a good spot, I definitely recommend. A little pricey especially for their acai bowl but it’s quite big. I definitely will be back!

Got out of an appt early, don’t have to be on campus until 11am so decided to pop in for a quick bite and ordered ~ 10:15am. I have to drive 20 mins away to get to class. That leaves me 25 mins to get my sandwich. A non-​toasted, raw, vegetarian sandwich can be made in 25 mins… right? Right?! :/
Well, it’s only possible if they remember to make your sandwich. They forgot about my order. I was late by ten mins to school :/​Maybe they need an additional system to double check orders after customers pay for food. They did end up apologizing and he cashier was friendly and remedied the situation so I wasn’t too upset.
Foodwise: Veggie sandwich was good with cream cheese and sprouts. Acai smoothie — it had a strong banana taste but still yummy– so for fellow banana haters it’s still a doable drink — can prob ask for w/​o banana also.
Tldr: Expect a wait for your food. If you have time to wait and want to eat a simple, healthy meal then it’s worth it.

Fresh juices and tasty organic food. Veggie breakfast burrito with Avocado and Tomatoes are good. I like their Acai berry Energy bowls and their Pitaya bowls. Nice amount and great in flavor.
I especially like coming here after a workout.
Casual ambiance. Expect to wait a bit for your food though. It’s super fresh and made to order. Worth it to me.

I recommend the veggie style breakfast burrito. It comes with eggs + cheese + tomato + onion + spinach. You can add avocado for extra. Pair this with the spicy mayo and it’s super delicious.
They have huge variety of fresh juices. I ordered the orange carrot small. It’s a reasonable size. Hard to finish juice and burrito together… very filling.
There is meter parking in front and in back. This juice bar is right next to Portos. Give them a try. You’ll thank me!
