I LOVE THIS PLACE! I get hay and feed delivered every other week to my barn. When I call, they are sooooo nice and great and helpful. I can’t say enough good things about this place. I think their prices are reasonable. If you want excellent service and really good quality hay, come here! Everyone at my barn asks me where I get my hay from because the quality is so top notch.

They truly have everything you need for your horse, and of course some cute little bling for you too. The ladies are terrific and they all ride, so they really understand.
It’s a fun place to shop, and we rely on them for all our weekly needs.
Plus, they deliver anything you need for free right to your barn.

Great shop. I think once I was there and someone was snarky, but hey, we all have a bad day now and then. The other 99% of the time it’s nothing but fun and friendly.
Great shop and has everything we need. Prices are good and I like the basic tack shop feel to it.
I think that if someone has trouble with an employee, they should call and see if they can get it settled before posting here. Just my 2¢ We’re all human and prone to ups and downs…

I decided to brood and raise chickens this year. I asked around on who had bulk feed and went to a couple of stores. Damoor’s was the only supplier that understood that chicken feed should not be taxed and with 20 hens, I buy a significant amount of feed. Damoor’s has been an excellent source of everything I needed for all my supplies and feeds through all the stages of development of my birds. I even asked them for a special order Barlley for my fodder for my chickens, they called the mill and asked what would be best in real-​time and ordered me a bag. It worked great. Also, when I had issues with moisture and smell in my coop, the staff said they had a product called Koop Clean that I started using, fixed my issue immediately and I am very happy with the support and service I get from Damoor’s and the friendly ladies behind the counter. Five Stars for this friendly local supplier that cares about it’s clients and have GMO free organic feed options.

I have been a customer for more than 15yrs. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. Great customer service which is hard to find these days.

Used to love this place the last couple times I’ve been in there they were so rude I will not be returning. Their prices are good and the quality of their hay is excellent but I will not put up with being barked at like I am needing training. Last time I was there I got a bale and brought bags (once upon a time I would get two-​string bales but they stopped carrying them, last time I didn’t bring bags for the bigger bales because I didn’t know and they were quite testy with me, this time I brought the bags and was pleased I remembered) and the sweet gentleman who got the hay for me was helping me to bag it up. The woman with black hair raced out of the building and scolded us in the most demeaning way -«You KNOW he’s NOT supposed to help you with that! You need to do that yourself.» OK. I didn’t know that. There were no other customers waiting and I just figured it was good customer service. Since I had my 2 year old with me and am also pregnant it’s not super easy for me to be busy, bending or lifting but I guess that doesn’t matter. I will be getting my hay down the street where they offer to bag at no extra charge and actually speak nicely to their customers. I’m sad about it because I’ve been coming here for years and it felt like visiting friends but no more.

DaMoors is like a family (they are right?!), I ordered custom DeNiro boots there, and they were fantastic to work with. Boots were PERFECT. I WISH I had done that with my first pair! They know me by name now somehow (I might have been a PITA lol)! It is a wonderful, helpful group of people. If they do not have something — they will research it — and get right back to you with an answer. I wish they were closer to Moorpark!

When the local Home Depots ran our of hay I turned to Damoor’s for my Halloween decorative needs.
Damoor’s serves the equestrian community in Burbank and as such has plenty of hay (straw) year-​round.
It turned out that the bales were cheaper here than at Home Depot; about $ 2 less at $ 11 per bale.
I also learned that they will not take the unused straw for health reasons even if you just want to give it back. Inquire with the stables in the area to see who will take it once you tear down your Halloween set-​up.

DaMoors is great for any supplies I need for my horse! They do not have the variety of equestrian wear that LA Saddlery does, however I think their prices are a little better. Also super friendly and helpful staff! I am a loyal customer here too!

I Like DaMoors but that Blond Woman working the cash register needs a ‘personality check’ She was downright nasty to me, just ruined my day with her bad Attitude. Otherwise I would given 5 Stars.

I can’t recommend this tack & feed store more. I had been away from horses for over 15 years. I rescued a mustang in December 2013. The folks at this store (all of them) are so kind and helpful. I found the best farrier in the world for my horse thru an employee that gave me a recommendation after I described my guys special needs. The store has everything I need. I get my shavings, treats, tack and grooming needs from them as they do good honest business with good people. Thank you for all you do!

Yes they have reasonable prices and great sales at times but their customer service is horrible!!! All the ladies here have some sort
Of snotty attitude and believe they know more than any of their customers. I called to ask if they have a certain product I’m looking for and asked the lady to repeat what she had said and she gave me attitude and said, «Is this what you’re looking for or no?!» Very unnecessary… This is not the first time they’ve been rude. 2 stars because of their great products.

Very friendly and helpful staff, and competitive prices!
They helped me find exactly what I was looking for, and offered tips on how to keep the hay that I purchased fresh for as long as possible. I needed kiln-​dried pine shavings and they said even though they were fairly sure all of the shavings were processed that way, one particular brand says it right on the package so it’d be safest to go with that.
They loaded the bale and shavings into my car for me, too! Such great service! I will definitely be coming back for future needs!

Here is a nice little place for all if your tack and feed needs for your horse. It caters to English riders as far as tack is concerned. I came here for a special feed for my horse but find other little treasures as well. The shavings are a good price too! It’s comparable to East Valley Feed and tack. The help here is knowledgable but can be a little bit snotty. There is also a really good saddle repair man onsite too. He has a shop just to the West of the store and really does a great job on repairs of all kind to saddles or anything leather.

Love this place! Always knowledgeable staff and reasonable prices. Feed is always of good quality. I live in the Bay Area now and DaMoor’s might be the one place I miss the most about LA.

Incredible staff makes Damoor’s a must-​stop for the horsey (and rabbity) set. After one visit, the ladies at the counter already knew what I needed when I walked in. For reasons unknown, my rabbit turned his nose up at a recent flake of hay purchase — the whole flake gladly replaced by the Damoor’s crowd. Gallop over and you will be impressed.

I’ve got four dogs and you know what that means?, yeah lots of sh*t…
Although I clean up after my dogs DAILY with this Southern California Summer Heat you get flies, and flies will actually bite the dogs ears and if you don’t keep it under control they will actually bite through the skin until it’s bleeding, I think all pet shops sell a spray or paste product called «Flys Off»
that you can apply to the dogs.

Even though I don’t own my own horse, I come here every so often to buy little things for the school horses at T.E.S.
I first came here to buy my riding apparel. The staff was patient, knowledgeable and gave me options based on my budget. They never tried to get me to buy the most expensive thing. I appreciate that kind of honesty.
Now I come in for brushes, fly sprays, and liniment sprays.
