STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! Biggest rip offs in the world! Dr Garcia is great but everyone else words can’t explain the hate I have for them. First of all the philipino lady over radiates you can’t seem to do X-​rays right then does your xrays under another patients name then says oops I have to do it over. Now for the other part I had to get a root canal I was told that my insurance doesn’t cover everything and that I have to come out of pocket half of it not including the minor «surgery» they had to do then a crown so I decided to go for a second opinion turns out when the other dentist office called my insurance CDG montrose had already maxed out my insurance so all the worked they told me I needed the prices they told me was all full price. They told me my insurance doesn’t cover much. BULLSHIT!!! I want to say more but the more I think about it the more I get mad. I hope they see this I’m an actual patient and I will put my name here so they know how I fell about them. Narek Dashtoyan so there you go. So if you need a dental office don’t bother with this place!!!

I missed this office since I had to move to OC. They are friendly and kind and most important of all they do a perfect job. They even offer an insurance package for not insured patients. I wish they open an office in OC too.

I have been cared for by the staff of California Dental Group on Verdugo Road for many years now. I dealt with several very competent dentists and hygenicists and also enjoyed interacting with the front desk staff, especially the previous long — term Office Manager. She always makes the patient feel welcomed and gets all the paperwork ready that is needed for the appointment. There are no surprises on the cost for the treatment that visit.
Earlier this year I met the new Office Manager, our first interaction of many was not all that pleasant. She seems to have an «edge» to her and offers no service that we, the repeat patients, have been used to. It’s as if a friendly, one-​on-​one service level was transformed into a «corporate-style,“like dental office overnight, where the personal interaction is no longer valued and you just get processed.
The personality of the new Office Manager has made what used to be a relaxed experience into one where the patient can not wait to get out and doesn’t want to ask any questions, for fear of feeling stupid. It is really a shame that this affects the
the experience with knowledgeable and talented dentists and friendly, caring technicians. Thank you

I had a great experience with Dr. Garcia and the rest of the staff. I went in for a cleaning, exam, and x-​rays. The we’re nothing but kind and professional with me. They explained everything they were doing and made me feel comfortable. They even offered me a financing plan for some fillings since I don’t have insurance. They were very accommodating an willing to work with my situation. I could not be happier with my experience. I recommend Dr. Garcia.

My experience was great! No issues with billing or insurance. Dr Garcia was amazing, and even sent my husband here, which is an hour drive for him. And he loved it too!

Wow. Totally agree with the first review. And I thought I was the only one to experience this. My husband had some work done in 2009 at this location and 1 YEAR LATER we get a bill for an additional $ 750 that they forget to bill us. Good thing I double checked with our insurance before paying b/​c we actually only owed them $ 300.
We recently just went for more work. Just to be on the safe side, I thought I’d check with our insurance again before assuming the charges were correct. Nope, wrong again. They billed our insurance for things that were never done. They also conveniently forgot to mention that they are no longer in our insurance network which means more money out of our pocket. Be very careful if you go here.

Do not take your dental business here ! The administrative staff here are THIEVES. They deliberately bill several erroneous charges to pad the bill in hopes that you don’t notice. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS !!!
They also take your phone numbers and then provide them to an advertising calling service which calls your phone number every few months to «remind» you to make an appointment with this business. Very annoying !!!
Take your business elsewhere and avoid the headache with this place !!!
