Diesel Headquarters

I am not happy with their service. I took my truck in yesterday after previously talking to Shawn who said he might know what the problem is and should only take 3 hours. I called them after having my truck for 5 hours and they said they were just now looking at it. Ok that’s not a problem, however they never called me back yesterday. Here it is the next day and I haven’t received a call and I have been calling every half hour and left messages to call me back. I don’t care that you need my truck for a few days but have the courtesy to call and tell me it will take a few days instead of me worrying about what is going on. And I just found out they are closed for the holiday weekend, but was told yesterday they were open today (Friday). So now i will be without it for 5 days and was never told they were closed today for the holiday i would have brought it back later. Good thing i have an extra vehicle, but they have officially lost my business and any one else I know that takes their vehicle to them. They lack communication and it is very rude to not tell someone they are keeping your truck for 5 days.
