Empowered! Iron Woman Transformations is a group training/bootcamp created by elite personal trainer Bryan Rosenberg. This is a program for women who are serious about getting the body they want. We are here to not only put you through the best workouts in the best and most efficient way but to also provide you with the valuable teaching that will help you maintain that body once you reach your goals.
We utilize training tools that you will not find in your everyday gym/bootcamp. Here you will use battling ropes, kettlebells, bulgarian bags, sandbags, sandbells as well as barbells, dumbells and everyone’s favorite bodyweight exercises.
With just 3 workouts in 45 minute sessions per week you’ll get the slim and fabulous body you want and deserve. Each 45 minute workout is a high power/fat burning session that will leave you energized for hours after you leave the gym.
