Found this company on Unilocal and called them to fix my broken garage spring. They are very professional and replaced both springs in no time at all. I would recommend this company to anyone needing garage door services.

Like some other users, I happened upon Evans & Associates completely by accident. I was having issues with my opener, so I called my home warranty company, Old Republic. Within an hour, I had a voicemail on my phone from Franklin, the owner. I called him back much later and figured I would have my opener fixed by the end of the week, at best. The next morning, Franklin called back and told me he could get me in between 12 noon and 4 p. m, we later agreed on 10:45. He showed up on time, quickly assessed the problem, and within minutes he was on the phone with Old Republic arranging for a replacement. He had several Chamberlain openers in his truck, and was well prepared, having all necessary tools and parts needed for the job. The replacement took about and hour. Throughout the whole process, Franklin answered any questions I had, with ease. Once completed, he walked me through paring my car, and showed me the intricacies of my new opener.
I don’t think «happy with…» would do justice in describing my experience with Evans & Associates. I am beyond pleased that Old Republic chose Evans & Associates to provide my garage service. Make sure to ask for a pile of business cards, you’ll be needing them. I’d recommend Evans & Associates to ANYBODY experiencing garage difficulties, and I don’t plan on using anybody else for future problems, should they arise. I even made this Unilocal account, just so I could let others know how spectacular this company is!

I had an opener that has been acting up for quite a few months, and it got to the point of too irritating to deal with anymore. So I checked with some of my colleagues as to which company they’d recommend. A colleague whose opinion I trust recommended Franklin Evans. I called and made an appointment. He came out when he said he would, took the time to remove my old opener and install a new one. I picked the belt– operated model versus the chain since there is a longer warranty, longer use period, and quieter. I LOVE my new opener. It is definitely quieter. I found this company on a Sunday on Unilocal and used the «message» feature to ask a question. They called me back monday morning and gave me a quote for replacing my garage door springs that was almost half of what other companies were charging. Leo came out that evening and replaced my springs pretty quickly. Even though my side mounted motor was a pain to work on and he didnt have much room maneuver he managed to slip on the springs and get the door back to normal. Very Polite and respectful. I would definetly reccomed to friends and family!

This review is coming a little late, but I have and will definitely continue to recommend Evans and Associates. Franklin did a wonderful job fixing our garage door. He was patient with our numerous questions and identified and corrected a number of problems with our unit. In less than an hour he replaced our Springs, motor, oiled and tuned the unit. I will definitely reach out to him if we need any more work in the future. Wonderful customer service and help. Thank you again for such a positive experience.

When our garage door opener died we started shopping. I called a number of different companies and prices ranged from $ 750 to as low as $ 450. I decided to try Loews and found an excellent opener for less than $ 200. Evans & Assoc were their installer and I was extremely pleased to deal with them. They called gave us a time that they would be there and low and behold were on time. Recently the spring broke and door would not open, we decided to try them again-​time given was the time they arrived, quick efficient service service in both cases and price very reasonable. Will certainly use them again if we have problems and will recommend them to anyone who asks.

Mr. Evans called us back before our warranty company to let us know that service on the spring was not covered, but he would be happy to come out ASAP to fix everything at a reasonable price. Evans and Associates had installed our garage door opener 8 years ago. We haven’t had any problems since then with the opener, but we had a broken spring on our door. Unfortunately, we discovered this at about 1:30PM on a Sunday. My wife took a chance and called to see if Frank, the owner, could come out to repair it on the same day, as our vehicle was stuck in the garage and she has to go to work on Monday morning. We were pleasantly surprised that he was willing to come out. The total repair was done in about 45 minutes and he tightened the track as well. He cares about his customers and does great, quick, and cost-​effective work. He returns calls quickly, calls back when he says he will, and arrives right on time! We appreciate his work ethic and consideration for our time. We would definitely recommend Frank!
