I love this forever 21! It’s always organized, well stocked, and the workers are always friendly and helpful.

Perfect hidden store!
Most F21 stores are hectic and a huge mess, but this place was Organized, clean and the staff was super sweet and nice. Barely any shoppers — which is how I like to shop!
I usually only buy from online but now this will Definitely will be my go to F21 from now on.

I don’t normally write reviews, but since the store is supposed to open at 10am on Saturday, and it is now 10:27am, I figured I have some time to write one. Honestly, who is in charge of this store that there are people waiting for a half an hour and there is no one here to let you in? Way to lose business. I think I’ll walk across the street to find what I need. Seriously, get your act together or hire new people. What a waste of time.

I found some very nice t-​shirts for $ 2.80 for real on sale. The only problem I see is that the variety of clothes are not as good as the one in the Queens mall center. I was looking for all the nice clothes I see on the Forever21 emails, there was none of that in this store. Still, is a good one to visit if you are in the area. The store clerk was friendly.

First I have to say that I am a regular customer at this forever 21 since I live in the neighborhood and I only have to walk a few blocks to travel to this location. While the set up of the store is very nice, the people that work there, especially what seem to be managers or people in authority of some sort, are not. It is not rare for me to overhear the workers being talked to disrespectfully and belittled by those in charge of them and quite frankly I will not continue to shop in a place that treats their workers this way. It is a shame that at a place where the primary consumers are young and light-​hearted, the managers are miserable and bring the vibe of the store down. It was just yesterday afternoon that I was there and I heard a manager speaking to a young girl at the register like she was a complete idiot and it truly is a shame to see such events taking place. As I am sure I am not the only one who feels this way, my word of advice for the managers of this forever 21 is to make a serious change in attitude otherwise many more customers other than myself will be lost.

So the cashiers really need to get their act together .
The store is nice, organized, but the associates working there are not the sharpest tools in the shed.
