Great food and excellent service . Try the cashew chicken! They have great sushi options too. Lunch special has a lot of variety too at a good price

Fu house is my go to place for my Chinese food craving. Love their shrimp chow mien, shrimp with lobster sauce. And I love their lunch special. My office staff and I always order from Fu house if we have a hankering for some great Chinese food. And the staff is very friendly. They also deliver

The food was great, didn’t disappoint me whatsoever… however I am giving them 3 stars for the bad delivery service. The driver was nice but they took almost 2 hours to deliver our food… I was offered a discount for the inconvenience but I don’t think I’ll be ordering for delivery again… I’d rather go for pickup… but food wise the food was great. I ordered: crunch roll, spicy tuna roll and a kung pao chicken lunch special.

Probably some of the best Chinese food you can get in town. The iced coffee is strong(the way I like it) and their mixture of cream and sweetener counteract the bitterness near perfectly. The lunch specials are dirt cheap and the food is delivered fresh and crispy during non-peak hours. For it’s price compared to level of service I would give it 5 stars. The lady on the phone is also excellent at taking down orders accurately despite English being a second language. I saw that Fu House had temporarily dropped to 3.5 stars and it definitely is not a 3.5 star restaurant, re-booted my Unilocal account for the first time in a while just to express my satisfaction with this restaurant.

Ordered from here twice, sushi is not fresh and can be a borderline health hazard if you prefer raw sushi. Updating my review: the chef called and apologized for my experience and asked that I change the rating so he wouldn’t lose his job. so I will give him two stars instead of 1… My feelings still however remain the same. I threw away the food the first time because i was afraid it was going to make me sick and the second time, I asked them too cook the sushi and something seemed off, I grew up with fresh sushi and you can tell the difference when things aren’t kept at the right temperature.

Love the philadelphia rolls here, havent found a place that does it better! Service is a little lacking i feel like they dont have walk in customers often but presentation was great for the spicy yellowtail roll and the beef and broccoli was perfect. :)

Amazing food, really clean friendly place. The fried rice is bomb. The chow mein with beef for lunch is good. Good prices

We always come here for pick up when we feel like Chinese in the area. Food is always quick. The lady who works at the front is really friendly. One of our usual is salt and pepper pork, which is consistently good. Fried right and juicy. Price is reasonable for the area. Their chow fun is pretty good as well.

Tried this restaurant because their food presentation on Unilocal looked delicious and plus this establishment had different varieties of food to choose from. So, I decided to order delivery of their sweet and sour pork and salt and pepper squid. After more than an hour wait, the food was finally delivered. The sweet and sour pork tasted pretty good, however, the salt and pepper squid was disappointing. Some portions of the squid tasted fresh while most of the batch tasted stale and old. It tasted like it was cooked earlier in the day or even the day prior, then refried again to be mixed with a couple of fresh squid. I found it pretty annoying because the food took a while to arrive and the price wasn’t cheap either. I don’t expect to spend my hard earned money on old and stale salt and pepper squid! I’ll pass on this joint. How disappointing!

Ordered from Fu House via La Bite. Unfortunately Fu House satisfy, and was very underwhelming, especially based on the numerous good establishments in the LA area. I ordered the Orange Peel Chicken, which was noted to be spicy. However, it tasted just like a mediocre Sweet and Sour chicken. It was very fried, extremely sweet, and very breaded. Overall, not very good, and I don’t think that I will have a repeat here. I think Panda Express it significantly better… Originally I went with 2 stars, but after just finding a bone in my chicken, this is definitely down to one star. Sorry.

On Christmas Day, I decided to visit Fu House for pickup. We all know they’re always busy with delivers. I came in around 7, and I saw that there were tons of waiting orders. Some were waiting for over an hour, it was so busy. I noticed that all the food was freshly cooked and the staff was polite despite that day. My wait was actually shorter than I had expected and I received my food quickly. My dinner was excellent and filling. I would visit regularly.

Wanted to give this place an update because they have been doing an awesome job since they opened a year ago! Like I mentioned before, the owners have owned chinese restaurants in the past and they have always maintained the same recipes and flavors. The owners are still very friendly and accommodating! This is a true mom and pop joint that is staying true to their food! My favorites still include the chow fun, spicy string beans, Kung pao chicken, Mongolian beef, sliced chicken in garlic sauce, and the three flavors sizzling rice soup! I did try the boba and it was delicious! They have many flavors and options to choose from! They are also popular for delivery if you are in the area!

Went here for christmas & walked out. Walked in and waited 5 minutes before we were even acknowledged. Given two menus and we seated ourselves. Two other people came in and were greeted, and serviced first. Beyond ridiculous. Slow and rude. I won’t be back.

So it’s Xmas. I’m Jewish. That means Chinese. I live in Highland Park, so Glendale/Eagle Rock/Pasadena…my go to, Green Dragon, is closed. So we Unilocal and come here. To get ignored for 7 minutes before I ask if we can get a table. Then we sit and wait another 10 before anyone comes to take our order – we actually called another restaurant, thinking we were never getting service. We order(finally). My drink comes in a can, with a straw, no glass. The dinner special I ordered came in reverse order – orange chicken first, then appetizers. Yay, cold entrée. Oh well, Chinese is just as good cold as it is hot. If it’s good to begin with. This is mediocre at best. (BTW, just listened to the woman at the table behind me send back the tea because it was«soapy.») And we had to go to the desk to get our check, to go boxes, and napkins, because the staff seems oblivious and/or overwhelmed. All in all, it’s Xmas, I’m Jewish, I got Chinese food. The experience sucked, but the tradition was honored. But FU, Fu House, FU. A free entrée offer is not going to get you a good review.

This place is pretty good chinese food in glendale. Lunch specials from 11am to 4pm. Lots of variety. Spicy pork chop– good, and crispy. Eggplant — delicious, and nice texture. Braised string bean — you can’t no wrong. Orange peel chicken — good, but a little to sweet for my taste. Great to pick up and eat at home, or to eat there. Clean, and friendly staff. Parking can be tight, but you can park on the street next to Ralphs. Dragon Egg Approved.

The shrimp chow mein was a win. I added one packet of soy sauce and it was pretty good. Good shrimp, just enough veggies. Was delicious as leftovers! Egg rolls were nothing special but satisfying. The egg flower soup had corn and carrots in it so it tasted mostly of corn. The char siu bao buns were tasty and soft but it needed a touch more of the meat inside, the proportions seemed slightly off. My delivery was a bit slow but overall, I would order from here again.

Updated review: I got a call from both Fu House and Eat24. Eat24 was willing to refund my money that I thought was already down the drain. And they did apologize for the incident. It meant a lot for business owner to call me. However, instead of the gentleman just telling me that my food was on the way. He should’ve took the extra step to check. Because if he did, I never would’ve waited 2 hours and nothing showed up. But anyways, I’m not the one to hold a grudge. And people make mistakes. I just hope it won’t happen again. 9⁄1 review: As nice as the gentleman was to me on the phone when I called to check the status of my food… I NEVER got my food. I paid $ 28 including tip… But my food never arrived… I don’t care to call again because at this point, I really don’t care anymore. I place an order on Unilocal for delivery at 7pm. I waited patiently… I called at 8pm… The gentleman that picked up the phone said my food is on its way, that they were really busy today. I said okay that’s not a problem. Well… It’s 9:30pm now. And they’re closed. So where is my food? No one called me. No delivery. Basically they just robbed me of $ 28. I am so disappointed… But most of all… I am starving. I will never order from Fu House again.
