Fusion Windows and Doors

I’m replacing the windows in my house. I requested an estimate on Fusion Windows’ website and was called several days later by Donna. Perhaps the leisurely callback should have been my first indication of what to expect from Fusion Windows. Donna said it would be ten days before she could come out and measure for an estimate. So we arranged to meet at my place at 0900 on Thursday, January 7. I took time off work to meet with her and she never showed up. I called the Fusion Windows office in Glendale twice looking for her as the hours ticked by. They couldn’t find her either, but told me it must be my misunderstanding. Finally at 1220 — over three hours later, Donna called from Fusion Windows and left a message. She apologized repeatedly but gave no reason or explanation. I had already returned to work by then. On the upside, it’s good to discover this vendors reliability problems early — before the money is spent.

I found these guys and bought all new Milgard fiberglass Ultra windows and a double-​french door from them a few months ago for our renovation. They provided awesome pricing, and Gor, the rep I worked with, was outstanding. We had a few minor issues during install, and Gor provided awesome post-​sale support as well. I recommended them to my contractor, and now he is going to Fusion for other jobs. They are fantastic. And have some Saturday hours, which is helpful. I bought 2 other exterior doors from another door/​window place, but the experience was not so smooth or excellent. Should’ve gone to Fusion for those too. Shop with confidence with them!

Never having replaced windows before, we had no idea what to expect as far as hassle, mess and functionality. But we were so pleased with the process from start to finish due to the expertise & professionalism of Fusion Windows, and in particular our product specialist there, Gor Shahbazyan ! After several visits and bids from other vendors, we chose Fusion in Glendale, and we’re so glad we did.
Gor handled the permit process (Yes, you need permits!) going to the City of La Canada multiple times. Also, every question we had, he was able to answer and was able to explain options. NEVER did he try to oversell us things we didn’t need or want, and never was there any pressure to commit quickly.
On the day of installation, we were nervous about fitting windows into a 1947 house, but everything went so smoothly, we couldn’t believe it. It only took 1 day to install 13 windows, and the next day, we had people over for dinner There was no broken glass from removal, no damage on the outside of the house, and they installed new molding on the inside.
On the day of inspection by the City, Gor again was front and center, meeting the inspector at the house and handling the walk-​through.
We could immediately tell the house was staying warmer (we installed in December) and the noise reduction was significant.
Best money we ever spent AND Fusion’s quote was thousands less than the other big name companies.
We are definitely having them back next year to do our sliding glass doors !

We needed to get new windows, the house had the original 1960’s single panes with a lot of gaps around them. I stumbled across Fusion on Unilocal and figured all these people putting in 5 star reviews can’t be wrong so I reached out.
Donna came round and spent a good while with us talking thru the options. She took measurements and said she’d get back to me the following day. True to her word she did and we were impressed with the cost. We called her up and told her we wanted to move forward, she gave me a date that the windows would be delivered and installation would be the following day.
The windows arrived in the time slot I had been told, very professional. The fitters arrived the following day and installed them, no fuss, no mess, no shortcuts… truly professional company. I would recommend Fusion Windows to anyone looking to replace windows, give Donna a call.

Fusion Windows is the best in the business! Tigran was such a great help. He sent some of his guys quickly to do all the measurements, we went through our options and my wife and I were presently surprised on how cheap everything was going to be for some great Milgard windows. We even thought we had an issue because our side fence post is right in front of one of the windows we were replacing. They were still able to do a great job and instal them all with no problems. They did not even have to cut our gate and remake it. I would recommend Fusion Windows to anyone looking to replace windows or doors. Fast, easy and cheap all the way through. Thanks Fusion!

Sevan was great. Helped us every step of the way. Installers did a wonderful fast job removing sliding doors and installing sliding french doors. will do business with them again. Cheaper than lowes for the same product!

We just bought a house with 1940’s painted shut windows. I called 3 window companies for a bid to replace all of them. Greg at Fusion Windows came out the next day, I had the bid on my email that night. After waiting 2 weeks for the other bids to finally come in, Greg’s was the best by far. He said it would take 2 – 3 weeks to get the windows and we scheduled install for that week. The windows arrived when he said they would, install took place over 2 days and they look beautiful! How perfect was that? I now have an energy efficient home with windows that work perfectly and look beautiful. We got Milgard Tuscany windows but they have many to choose from.

Was in the market for new windows for a couple months. I came upon Fusion Windows through Milgard Certified local dealers and was impressed by previous Unilocal reviewers. I went ahead and decided to give Fusion Windows and Doors an opportunity to present me with a quote. From the start Sevan provided my family and I, a fantastic client experience.
After a few months and several other quotes from other companies, I ultimately decided to proceed with Fusion and I was once again impressed by their professionalism. I would recommend Fusion services to anyone looking for new windows. Installation went ahead without any issues and Sevan did his due diligence in notifying me of rebates that we were eligible for. Overall I am extremely satisfied and happy with our new energy efficient windows.

Best place in California, I called 10 different stores and I ended my search with fusion. As a Realtor I rarely write reviews but this company handles appointments very poorly. I had an appointment with Donna and had to schedule around my tenants schedule. 20mins after our scheduled appointment I call Donna and her reply to me was «Sorry I meant to call you but I didn’t have your number to call you and cancel.» One, she knew I was a Realtor, a quick google search would find it easily second she had my contact info from my email banner and lastly she had it from when I made the appointment so their is no excuse for not calling. She apologized saying she would call me on Monday to reschedule. It is now a week later and no phone call. If they treat their appointments like this how do they treat their actual customers?

We had a terrific experience with Fusion Windows and Doors. Our job was complete window replacement (stationary and sliders) on a third-​floor residence. We worked exclusively with Sevan Ghazaryan, who came to the site promptly, explained our options thoroughly, and monitored our project through final installation — which took required several weeks because of the lead time required by the manufacturer, Fleetwood. When there was a problem with one of the windows, Sevan followed through with the manufacturer to make it right very quickly! The pricing was very good (we had bid the job out) and competitively priced. We have another similar job coming up in the next two years and we will not hesitate to call Fusion, and Sevan, again. Five stars well earned.

I wish it was this easy with all companies contracted to work on our house ! From beginning to end Fusion windows did a great job. Yuri & his crew did a wonderful & CLEAN job with the install & working with Donna Lottman was definitely a high point of our experience with Fusion. Helpful, competent (should be a given but it’s amazing how many contractors & their employees are not), reliable, and on the ball along with tons of warmth & personality.
What more could one ask for !!!

We just had 17 windows and a slider installed from Fusion Window. A+++ experience with theses guys.
I contacted them and Erik came out to give me an estimate. The one thing that really stuck out at this point was I told him we weren’t quite ready but would make our decision within a month or 2 and I would let him know. We were never called in that time (which is what I wanted) unlike the 2 other companies I got estimates from that called me repeatedly asking if I was ready.
When we were ready, I contacted Erik again and made some changes to our original estimate. We got everything figured out and ordered the windows. A few weeks later they were delivered and ready for install.
The install guys were great, very friendly and professional. They cleaned up well after the installs and did an amazing job of replacing our 9 foot sliding glass door as well as the other 17 windows.
I would highly recommend these guys to anyone looking to get new windows.

I have been meaning to get around on doing this review but haven’t had a chance to and after having my windows cleaned from last installation about a month and a half ago. The guys will clean my windows were impressed not only on how clean the installation was but how good quality the windows were. When I had called I was fortunate enough to run into a gentleman by the name of Savan, I believe that was his name he was straightforward no games no gimmicks and got what I wanted done. At a very reasonable quote. I had checked out some backdoor vendors some really shady shady people that I just could not trust but dealing with Fusion windows was a complete ly different experience. Their showroom and employees was very inviting and felt very warm full .
Here’s the kicker after everything was done couple weeks later I got a call from someone, be honest I wish I remember his name he was such a professional gentleman wants to have been one of the managers he was just checking up to see if everything was okay and how I felt about everything and if I had any questions. When a contractor follows up after a couple weeks you know he wasn’t in it for the money you know that he was in it because he genuinely cares about how you feel after the money is in and out of his account. Now thats a contractor you want doing work that you’re respectful homes! No questions asked. Thank You fusion windows and all of your awesome employees you guys have over there Cheers!

This review is for having 11 windows installed in October of 2014. The windows were all replacements for wood double hung windows. I worked with Sevan, first by email, then on 2 trips to my home (1 for the estimate, and he came by during the installation).
I wanted to wait a few weeks after the installation to write this review, as when you pick a window company for replacement windows — different companies can use the same products — but installation is what really counts.
So the last few weeks have been windy and cooler, and now it is fair to say the the windows and the installation really helped with noise and temp. I am finding that our heater doesn’t cycle on/​off like it used to, so the windows must be doing a good job.
Regarding specifics
1) Communication — Sevan was very good about answering questions early on via email, and later during his visit for the estimate. He was very honest and really knows his job. He also came by the during the installation, and followed up after. 5– stars for sure.
2) Installation crew — They showed up on time, were very organized, and cleaned up after themselves, including taking all the old windows away. The trim work that they did was very neat, and they completed everything on time, without looking rushed. The latex caulk work was neat, clean, and even. As I mentioned — the house is warmer and quieter — so installation is all good. 5– stars
3) Price — I won’t mention what I paid, but I do think it was a good value. I had considered installing the windows myself, and even had offers of people helping me. I had both paid for windows and installed myself in the past. I did price the cost of the windows from various websites (not wholesale, unfortunately) and easily figured out what the cost and time it would be to do myself. The real deal here is the experience you get when professionals do it. They take on the worry of measuring it right, getting it done fast, and hauling away the trash. It also saves my bad back a little. 5-​stars.
So as a company that offers this service — no doubt 5 stars. Free estimate, good work, no surprises, and good value.

My new windows and sliding glass doors came out very nicely and overall, it was a positive experience. It’s probably closer to a 4 but rounding up as they were really easy to work with and addressed my concerns satisfactorily. I also experienced gaps in communication, but I’ve found some contractors are kinda like this. They need to be constantly reminded to work on your project. It’s not how I prefer to do things but that seems like how things work in their world.
My order was handled start to finish by Erik and it did take a little longer than planned but some of the delays were my own doing. If things started to drag, I would just call until we got in touch. He was always polite, on time for our appointments, and accommodating with my many questions and inability to make decisions. He also helped track down the Milgard truck when they missed their delivery window, replaced some glass that was delivered incorrectly, and made sure I was happy with everything when he stopped by after the installation.
The installation took 2 days and the team of 3 installers were also polite, friendly, and available to answer my questions about the process as it went along. They did a really good job considering I had one especially weird replacement. They cleaned up all around their work areas but construction is messy so expect to do more cleaning after they’re done. You’ll also want to take down your curtains and cover stuff up just in case. The caulk they use to finish the trim work is difficult to get off things that it doesn’t belong on.
