Had a good experience purchasing a 2012 Smart car from John, who is a really nice, genuine guy. There was a little confusion over the fact that the price listed on the car was $ 3000 more than what was advertised online, but that was cleared up quickly and they honored the online price. It has been 2 weeks and so far the car runs great. We’d buy from them again.

My husband and I are so very happy with our experience at Future Auto Sales in Glendale. From the first phone call with Eric, we felt comfortable. Harry greeted us and immediately helped us locate the car we had inquired about. He walked us through every step of the car buying process and was so knowledgeable given my barrage of questions! We had done a ton of research prior to our visit so we were quite aware of the fair price and felt that we did receive a great deal on the new car. Lastly, the financial expert Jesse was so thorough and patient in reviewing the paperwork and loan information. After two bad experiences with other dealerships this week, we felt like lottery winners when we found Future Auto Sales. We will absolutely be back when we are ready to replace our next vehicle and will recommend them from here on out!

I LOVE MY CAR! The sales person and finance guys were very friendly. There were a few small things that needed to be fix d and when my boyfriend took the car back, the owner was super amazing! He offered to do a couple of extra things for us AT NO CHARGE! and the owner was so nice and accommodating Ian solo happy I went to Future.

We purchased a Lexus over the weekend and the dealership was awesome to deal with. The salesman George was extremely helpful and knowledgable with his inventory. Jesse in finance was also very helpful and stayed after hours to make sure we were able to drive the car back home to riverside. It was worth the 60 mile drive to do business with this dealership.

Buying a new car is exciting but can also be terrifying if you’re not a pro at it and let’s face it, most of us aren’t. We have to worry about if we’re getting a good deal, if we have to shop around, do our own research on the car, bring our mechanic, see if the dealer is overcharging on items that we don’t understand and god only knows what else. They listen to what you want, how much your budget is and any other criteria you have for them and what happens next is MAGIC! They work for YOU. They work around the clock to get you what you need/​want while saving you as much money as possible, (without going broke obviously). They run multiple reports, have their own mechanics inspect the cars and fix whatever needs fixing. And they’re not trying to pull the wool over your eyes so no need to worry about that.

Horrible Used car dealership. Sells cleaned and detailed car without proper checking for issues. Never even change engine oil prior to listing the car for sale.
Bought a used car for 7K, drove off the lot, and 15 minutes later the car started shaking/​shuddering at low speed for no reason. I took the car back immediately. Turns out the transmission was bad and cannot be fixed. Alex the salesperson told me it would have to be replaced and I would have to pay half the cost. SAY WHAT? I just bought a car less than a day and now they told me I needed to spend another $ 1500 on their ⁵⁰⁄₅₀ so called 30 days warranty?
Alex said he did not know the car had transmission issues before since nothing lights up on the dashboard. And yet I found out the issue about 15 minutes later.
Buy it here or through Craigslist since they are pretty much the same.
Great place if you like to take risk. Never again for me.

Came in on ³⁄₁₄ looking to purchase a car. Jesse Rubios was an awesome salesman really worked with us and explained everything in a clear and concise manner. Really awesome dealership they were calm and answered any question I had. Jesse Rubios was amazing!

It’s been a couple of weeks since I bought my C240 from Future and everything with the car is great. There was one issue — I only had one set of keys. I called FAS and they went to work finding the other set — which it turned out the previous owner still (luckily) had.
They got the spare set of keys, let me know and now I have them — saving me a couple hundred bucks. So, thanks guys once again.

Came in with my dad to check out some cars and they didn’t have the car he needed. They said no problem we will find the right car, for right price and the right miles. After 3 days they called me back and said we find a 2002 Toyota Tacoma Prerunner with only 90,000 miles on it. So we came back to see David, We test drove it and my dad said this is it. They really helped us on the price.
