History

Established in 1920.

The Glendale Association of REALTORS® (GAOR) is a professional trade organization representing REALTOR® and Affiliate members in Glendale, Eagle Rock, Los Angeles, Montrose, La Crescenta, La Canada, and the Foothill areas. Our mission is to provide members with programs and services to enhance their ability to conduct business successfully with integrity and competency, without undue regulatory restraint, as well as to encourage the preservation of real property rights. In addition, the Association promotes ethical and fair business practices and equality of service to all the clients REALTORS®.

GAOR has built a reputation as one of the most respected businesses in the area. For almost 100 years, our members have served their profession and community in many capacities, often receiving distinguished awards and recognition for their services on the Glendale City Council, to the Chamber of Commerce, on Planning Commissions, School Boards, and more.
