After getting numerous ridiculous quotes from other insurance companies, I was desperate to find good coverage for a good price. I found John on Unilocal and gave him a call. After talking to a dozen insurance reps on the phone who simply do not care about my preferences, talking to John was refreshing because he cared about what would be best for me. Wow what a turn around !!! I feel like I got scammed. I purchased auto insurance with John and the rates were great. Then 2weeks later I received a text and my monthly went from $ 89 to $ 104!!! When I complain john sends me a email and tells me I owe and he never said $ 89 dollars. I’m outraged with this company and it’s scandalous sales tactics. To add insult to injury I received another text that says my insurance is cancelled effective in twelve days? I do not recommend this company for nothing and my next email is to the better business bureau and their local authorities fraud division!!! Cancel that
