I stopped by Golden Coast Finance to see if I could qualify for a loan for an income property, a condo that I inherited as a trust. I spoke with Kamili Samms, and began the process of submitting the paperwork required. Long story short: The condo is now refinanced; the property taxes are impounded so I don’t have to fork out $ 1300 every 6 months, and it is now in my name. I am more than happy about the refinance. The receptionists at the Brand. Blvd. office are very friendly as well. I cannot speak more highly about the excellent, professional service I received from Kamili and Golden Coast Finance!

I was contacted by Tyler Bockman at the Glendale office. As a prospective first time home buyer I was unsure of of how the financial piece works, but Tyler explained the entire process to me and even offered to calculate estimates for any property that I may be interested in. The customer service here is great! Every time I contacted him with questions, he got back to me within the hour!!!
