Hair Luxe Salon and Nail Spa has successfully operated at this location since September of 2008. We have had the pleasure of servicing clients from all parts of the Valley and around the country. Worst salon I’ve ever been too. The lady was a total bitch and was rude to my husband. Didn’t know how to do a simple bleaching job and kept referring to my hair as stained and I literally fixed it at home for a small percentage of what she was asking me to pay. Says she’s been in the business for 30 years which I find hard to believe. By the time she was done having us wait over an hour she then refused to do my hair because my husband told her we were taking the bus and the busses end at 8. (It was 2 in the afternoon) she then proceeded to say she can’t work under time frames and told us to get out. I guess it’s her loss since she was trying to charge us 200 $ to do my hair.
Not even one star. More like –5. But that wasn’t an option.

I never even made it into this salon – I wanted to try it – I really did. I called to let the stylist know that I had found them online and wanted to get pricing on a shampoo, cut, and style. While I did get the pricing, the woman acted like being on the phone with a potential new client was the LAST thing she wanted to do.
I asked her if she does Saturday appointments, she responded «Yes we do,»…silence…silence…silence…silence – you get the point. I’m thinking O-k, guess you’re not going to ask if I want to make an appointment. I thanked her and ended the call.
I have always had a good rapport with my stylist, and it started with the first call. First impressions are lasting and the impression she gave me was that I needed to try another salon!
