Rick Bonyadi is an awesome broker who provides the best knowledge and training to his staff and agents. The training provided by Hall & Chambers is not even comparable to the rest of the brokerages in town.

After interviewing several realtors, we chose ARNO AKHVERDYAN. He had the most professional presentation, with a clear grasp of high-​tech selling tools, as well as traditional methods. He made his case for the right asking price and showed us comps that made sense. He had immediate connections to interested buyers and their reps. We signed with him and he had a professional photographer take pix of our house. The result was a beautiful online presence, as well as lovely flyer hand-​outs. Our house went on the market and two days later, we had our first offer. A week later, after the Open House, a BIDDING WAR began and the house sold to highly qualified buyers. We closed in less than 30 days. Arno is not only a skilled and knowledgable realtor, he is a wonderful person too!

After interviewing several agents I was very impressed with Arno because of his well thought out and comprehensive marketing plan. He is a highly skilled Realtor, from open house to sale. Stay away. Very dissatisfied with transaction handled by Raffil Sahakian. He gave his word, client accepted and then his «office» backed out. Spent hours running around getting certified funds, gave notice to my present landlord and then BAM. Watch your step.
