Really enjoyed working at HPC; was there for a year and a half, and it suited our needs perfectly. Always found them to be clean and professional; the only issue I ever had was sometimes people needed to open the gate at night for your car (if you were working nights) as the card reader was broken — but they usually came right out and never gave a problem. Food trucks and gym were great addition; it was always comfortable and dog-​friendly, which is fantastic. Would work here happily again.

I had an office here for a few months in 2014, customer service is very weak and the standards of the building are as low as it can be. The building is old and poorly maintained so they tried to cover it up with ridiculous art work. I don’t even think the other reviews are genuine. BTW they have this 60 day cancelation policy which makes no sense. So I’ve had just about enough of this place, my advise to you is to look for a different place in town.

The Hollywood Production Center is located in a prime location. Right in the heart of downtown Glendale. Very close to the Americana and there’s tons of places to eat. You have gym access 24⁄7 and they always have a social gathering for all the tenants in the building at least once a month. The staff here are always friendly from the parking attendants, security, maintenance crew, and the receptionists. If I owned my own business, I would definitely lease an office here.

Hollywood Productions is an awesome place to work. Being in the office by myself all day, I always find the employees here very friendly, professional, and fun. Everyone always has a smile on their face, and anything I ever need, they are ready to help. From Karen, Anna, Sarah, Melissa, Sandra, Ricardo, Jonathan, and everyone else I forgot to mention, I’ve always felt very welcomed from each person. Everyone is ready to help! I look forward towards each workday mostly due to the wonderful employees at HPC!

I started working here little over a year ago and when i first got to the main entrance i was admired from the look and name «Hollywood Production Center», but totally blown by the new outdoor patio, and my favorite the gym.
But overall it has to be the staff, including maintenance and the tenants that make a great work environment to come to everyday. I want to thank everyone for that! If you want to get a office here i recommend it!

Just recently started working here, and the building is pretty nice.
A few points:
— DOG FRIENDLY building! I bring my yorkie puppy here and am so thankful because I would hate to leave him alone all day while I’m at work! And it’s so rare to find a dog friendly work place.
— strong AC; gets kinda cold in the mornings but I prefer cold to hot (can always bundle up!)
— friendly ladies that work at the front desk at the lobby
— close to so many restaurants and food (perfect for lunch time)
— they have a small gym if you want to work out

Now that the AC is fixed, this is a great place to work! The events are really fun, the deck is wonderful, the staff is very friendly, and the place is dog-​friendly– what more could you ask for?

I’ve worked out of the Hollywood Production Center for two shows now, and it is a pleasant and clean workspace with a lovely staff of ladies. It’s true that there are issues with the air conditioning, but it’s more on the freezing side than the stifling heat mentioned in earlier reviews. It’s in a good location with a variety of restaurants near by and easy access from the 134. The coordinators often host little get-​togethers, including a taco and beer lunch at the end of summer. Fun. Overall, it’s a decent place to host a production office.

they fixed the ac… now it works TOO well. first world problems, right? it’s freaking freezing in my office even after we adjust the thermostat. but that’s better than sweating and it’s easily fixed by bringing a sweater to work.
would give it 2 stars, but the free coffee in the lobby + balconies + free food once in a while is definitely a plus.

Working here again after an absence. It’s worse than ever. The air conditioning isn’t up to the job of keeping the building cool. The staff just says, «They’re working on it,» but it hasn’t changed. We’ll be looking elsewhere next time.

HPC Glendale offers great customer service and maintenance for their offices and suites. I have been there for nearly two years and have no complaints at all. The rental prices are fair and economical, and my business has benefitted from networking with the other production offices and television shows in my vicinity.
I wholeheartedly recommend them. Fantastic team.
