Never coming here again. I came in for an acrylic fill a couple of days ago. When I came in I had a perfect coffin shape, but Peter completely changed the shape, WITHOUT asking me. He made my nails super skinny and not nice at all. I had to ask him to shorten them to make up for the terrible shape. I was also very annoyed when they announced that the fill would cost $ 27, after they had already finished my nails. It says on their board that a fill costs $ 18, so of course I asked and they explained that that price is for very short nails. I don’t mind paying a higher price, but I would appreciate someone letting me know what the price is before they get started doing my nails. Definitely never coming back.

Ok so the first time I came here, they made me wait for 20 mins even though I had an appointment. I think I had just come on a busy day. Peter did my gel acrylics and he did a good job, although not the best. I didn’t think to myself that I would come again.
But today I visited again as my other nail appointment fell through and another man named Phillip did my nails and did an excellent job! All within an hour too. I’ll definitely come here again.

I had given this place 5 stars in the past but my last couple visits were not that quality. My gel cracked and broke on most of my nails after 2 days. Every time I have gone and picked a color the jars r all empty. In addition, the place no longer feels clean. every table and chair are covered in dust etc. floors are covered in spilled nail polish. I live one block away from this place and will not be going back.

I had been there once before many years ago and I had a good experience, so I came back recently to get my acrylics taken off and to get a gel mani.
I docked one star just because I had to tell the guy several times that I didn’t want a fill and that I just wanted the acrylics off. He kept insisting that I just get a fill and he could the nails short, but I stood my ground. I know it’s more expensive to fill the acrylic than it is to take them off.
The gel mani, however was great, and he was very gentle with my hands. The gel has been staying wonderfully. Gels anywhere usually chip on me same day, but these have been going strong for about two weeks, so I am very happy about that. I will definitely be back for my next gel mani.

Worst worst worst service I have ever received. At first it was okay sat down. They asked my mom if she wanted sugar scrub so my mom asked me what they were saying because she couldn’t understand and when I explained to her what they’re asking the lady turned to my mom and said I’m only asking you I’m not forcing you. Rude! I turned to her and informed her that she couldn’t understand so I told her what she was saying. My pedi was with Eric who literally finished in 10 mins and my big toes nail
Was crooked so I asked Phil who was doing my nails of he can please call Eric back because my toe nail crooked so then Phil started looking at my toe and I asked if he can notice it and he said no. I asked him again if he can see it and that’s when he stopped talking to me. His face was literally in my face and he totally ignored me but called Eric. Eric then with attitude starts doing my nail so I asked Phil why they were giving me attitude. I asked him why he was ignoring me when I was asking him if my nail was crooked he then called me crazy. I told him to leave my hands and didn’t want him to continue he became very hostile with me. That’s when the manager approached me and started saying sorry and how he’s usually nice and maybe he had a bad day lollll this is a business. At this point I was shaking and so mad. Again the manager felt very bad and she finished my nails. Only bad part is that she didn’t approach him or send him home and he continued to do other people’s nails. Stay away from this place no customer service at all. They may be good but customer service from these two guys was an absolute 0. Shame on you for allowing such employees to work for you with their poisonous attitudes. And stop speaking Vietnamese we clearly know you’re talking shit !

No problem with the employees… they’re very quiet until you start talking to them and then they open up. The reason why I gave 3 stars is the price. Somehow, every time I go, the price goes up. The prices on the wall don’t reflect what they charge at the end. They automatically guide you to the spa chair which is an automatic price hike. Even if you get a normal mani/​pedi combo, the spa chairs doubles the price. If you ask about he prices, they usually dismiss you or pretend they don’t understand what you’re asking.
They are not that meticulous and the final product is not that great to give them 5 stars!
I’ll think twice before going back again

OMG! I am am NEVER coming to this nail shop again! My friends and l were sitting down and they moved us. Then they had us standing for 10 minutes and didn’t greet us. They don’t even have nail cutters they use basic scissors to cut the nail. The man doing my nails cut me and he put nail polish over my cut which gave me a burning sensation. After the guy finished my nails he ignored my friend and did another customer’s nails. My friend had to wait an extra 30 minutes to get her nails done. I then asked if i could get a pedicure and i was totally ignored. They lady just said something in her language and walked away. The workers here are very rude and impolite! I don’t recommend anybody to come to this place!

Totally smitten with Peter. I came in for a fill on a set of acrylics that I had been happy with, but one pinky had broken off a couple days prior. Peter tried to work with my (what I now realize were low quality) acrylics, but as he tried to shape them they kept breaking off. He was super friendly and in the end we started from scratch. These acrylics make me see what a joke the other ones were. The last ones look like cartoons in comparison to the super sleek and natural ones Peter did. His blend so smoothly into my nail bed. He shaped them better and underneath they feel smooth and like a natural nail, unlike my last ones which seemed slightly gobby on the bottoms and edges. He had the kindest demeanor and had me laughing. Never going to anyone else.

Best place in Glendale. Clean and always happy when I leave. Stephanie does the perfect acrylic natural nail shape.

Clean and quick, long lasting, and a big color selection.
The lady didn’t want to do gel extensions for me because she said my nails were already naturally long, but I wanted the extension because a few of my nails have broken and they were all different lengths. I ended up agreeing to a regular gel manicure but left with a few nails noticeably longer than others so I was kind of bummed at that. Also the shaping was just ok, not exactly what I wanted.
I ended up having to use the atm to get cash out because they do not accept tips on credit or debit cards.

Phillip and Hung are the best! Always do your nails meticulously. I am always satisfied with their service

Bring Cash tho’ … $ 1 charge for using a CC or debit card. You can NOT put a tip on the card and they have a ATM by it charges you 2.50 off top and then whatever your bank charges. Besides that I had a great experience. CLEAN ESTABLISHMENT !! My gel manicure looks good and my pedicure is great.. 43 bucks out the door for both, done in one hour at the same time. I gotta go back and tip my manicurist … Sorry Eric catch you on the next one !

I’ve been here twice now and this is my new go to spot. Philip does a great job and makes my acrylics look natural. :)
They have parking and everything is relatively cheap. But do bring cash for a tip because they can’t accept tips on cards!

Peter is amazing! Just show him any picture you would like to have done on your nails and he can do it! Sometimes it even comes out looking better than you could imagine! He also does his own designs which look great on any color and any shaped nail!

Philip did my coffin shaped gel nails. I’m a bit of a perfectionist but they are satisfying enough to return :) Alissa did my eyebrows, they were nice shape but my right was thinner than my left… thank god for Anastasia BH palette. Anyway they are friendly and I’m going to come back for Philip.

They’re really good. They’re just rude cus they talk about you in their language… I stared at her every time she started talking, and when she noticed me staring then she smiled at me acting like I didn’t know she was talking about me. And the reason I know, it’s because I told her I was deciding on getting my gel manicure because I wanted hong to do my nails but she was already booked. So I was trying to decide, meanwhile they just kept talking about me, smh. Other then that, tin did a great job on my gel manicure and I forgot the lady’s name that did my pedicure but she did good too. $ 53 later! I love that there are large windows and they keep the doors open which lets out all the fumes and not have to inhale all the chemicals. It doesn’t smell like a nail salon which is a good thing.

2 stars because the customer service was good. My nail technician was extremely welcoming and friendly.
The nails: they’re good, but not amazing! Nice color selection.
The problem: before I came, I called in to ask how much it was for acrylic gel full set. The lady said $ 26 or more depending on how long it is. My nail technician asked me if it was my first time here. Big mistake, I should’ve lied. In the end, I got charged $ 42. I mean I guess I should’ve said something, but I’m not the type. I’m nice, and people walk all over the fact. My finished nails weren’t even that long. I just don’t see how $ 26 can jump to $ 42…I live in downtown, and getting nails done is expensive over there. If I was gonna pay this much, I could’ve just gotten it done where I live, for probably a more outstanding job.
Wanted to love this place. I guess not, now that I know they will take advantage of you, lie about prices, and charge a hefty amount.
As for the waxing portion… I’ve gotten plenty of waxes in my underarm area. Usually the wax doesn’t rub against my skin, creating friction that was uncomfortable. In all honesty, it’s probably the tool they use that makes it uncomfortable.

Just discovered this place and I’m so excited! I had been driving 45 minutes to get my nails done because after moving I couldn’t find a place that I was satisfied with. Everyone is really friendly and Stephanie has done an amazing job on my nails. Definitely my new go to spot.

Well it is okay… I don’t think I will be back.
1.) As soon as I got in the lady by the cashier area did not say a word not even a smile nor hello. Flat affect. (probably she is naïve and just don’t know how to speak English) well to bad at least smile that is good enough.
2.) I was taken to the spa chair. Mind you a person who works there who does nails. I saw her soaking her feet and scrubbing her feet with the scrubber (I hope she will not use it to a customer whatever she use to herself). My point is… it was to «tacky» to see a worker use the spa chair for herself. Oh then her customer came .
3.) I gave a tip to the person who did my gel but «sloppy» job. My gel nail polish was not removed well. The person who did my pedicure eh… I don’t like the way she did my nails.
Lesson learned go back to the old place I have my mani-​pedi done all the time. Although I am a customer who like to try new place every time I try a new place I hate to get disappointed it should be consistent with any other business of nail salon you go to.
Sorry it just did not meet my expectations.

Pros:
–Tin is really great with acrylics. She gave my friend the thinnest, most realistic acrylics I have ever seen.
–This salon uses OPI LED lamps instead of UV lamps to cure their gel polishes. This is HUGE! Why don’t all salons do this?
— A fuzzball kept flying around and getting stuck to the gel polish on my pinky. My manicurist addressed this, each time with patience and laughter.
— This place is affordable. My gels were $ 25. My friend’s acrylic fill and gel color were $ 35.
Cons:
I think they reuse their buffers. I also could not tell whether my tools came from the sanitizer as the bag was already open. I’ll give her the benefit of the doubt.
