Insight Imaging – Fountains Women’s Center

If I could give this place a zero I would. There scheduling office is horrible. They make there patients wait more than 45 minutes past there appointment time. It makes no sense. I overheard a lady speaking with the front desk that she was there for more than an hour and then she accuses the lady of having the incorrect appointment time. Little would I ever imagine, 45 minutes later she accuses me of the same exact thing that I was one hour earlier than my appointment. That was absolutely insulting. She couldn’t even give me the name of the person who scheduled me. And then she had the audacity to ask me to wait for another 10 minutes or so. I had to walk out, if the front office is incompetent, why would I trust any of the staff at this facility. There staff just maybe equally incompetent to give quality care. As a patient who is coming in to check up to see if she can possible have a life changing diagnosis which results could change my health and life. I do not take that lightly and I hope this staff and office corrects itself to give better services to there patients.
