Inter Valley Escrow is an independent escrow company helping home buyers and sellers with what is likely largest investment of their lives.



As a neutral third party we assure that all mutually agreed upon instructions between buyer and seller are adhered to prior to closing escrow.



We also work closely with Realtors and Lenders to piece together the many moving parts of a real estate transaction.

Buying, selling, or refinancing a home can be a time filled with questions and concerns. So we treat all of our clients with the kindness, patience and honesty they deserve.

History

Established in 1989.

Inter Valley Escrow opened its first office in Glendale, California, on September 5, 1989. In 1993 IVE opened additional branches in the cities of Pasadena and La Canada Flintridge. Even through the ups and downs of the real estate industry, Inter Valley Escrow still retains the majority of its core staff. A testament to the quality, loyalty and integrity of the staff and the service they provide their clients.
